I originally got a full set while out of state for a wedding and loved it so much that I decided to schedule a fill with my local nail salon. My tech was friendly but not talented. Disappointed is an understatement. I cried when I got to my car and all the way home. While still in the chair I pointed out issues with 6 of my nails. He even redid my right pinky nail because it was so bad he couldn't fix it. When I look at my fingers individually as they are pointed at my face they just look wonky. The acrylics were filed smaller than my nail shape. The entirety of each nail is uneven, has a groove/dip right as the pink ends before the white begins, I found random red glitter flakes on my left pointer nail and they are bubbly along the edges. The white tips are blotchy, missing polish on the corners, and the ends were never polished for that smooth look. He never flipped my hands over to check for natural regrowth or separation. My right pinky was filed so far in that it cut into my natural nail(without breaking skin) and is already bothering me. At some point during my appointment I realized it wasn't going to get any better. All the other techs were busy so I decided to just pay for the service and did tip because I just can't not. A month ago, I got gel nails for the first time and they were great. Tina did an outstanding job! I called to make an appointment a week ago and no one answered the telephone and the mailbox was full. Because I was not able to make an appointment by telephone, I went back to this shop and was meet with rude and disrespectful customer service by a woman who was in charge. She was horrible and disrespectful. When I communicated to her my above statement, she did not care. It is horrible to request people to make an appointment and not answer the telephone and not clear your voicemail so that people can leave a message. Based on her negative actions, she does not need any new customers.

Update I got an appointment for today, June 2, 2022, and the woman who was to do my nails was no longer working there. They had a man do my nails. It has been over three hours since I left my appointment and my toenails are still not dry. They are messed up. I had a horrible experience here. I was visiting from out of state for a wedding and needed a mani/pedi and my family member recommended this place. When I got there, no one greeted me. I was helped by a grumpy man who sat me down and when he was cutting my cuticles, he cut my finger. Instead of apologizing, he slapped my hand and told me not to move. He did a terrible job with my fingernails. He didn't even let them dry when he told me to move to the pedi chair. I messed up my nails and he pretended he didn't see that.
