Last night I arrived at approximately 6 o’clock, at 615. I was still standing there before someone even attempted to take my order. I had to asked the front counter girl that walked past us several times was anyone working the front counter. She then said oh yeah, we are, I’ll be with you in a few minutes. I said we’ve already been waiting. There were several customers in line already ahead of me. One had already paid and another waiting to pay. There was a guy working the drive-through window eating more than he was working. He was walking around eating and not helping with anything. The drive thru wasn’t moving too fast either. One gentleman had a mobile order and was waiting for 25 minutes in the line and needed to use the restroom. He finally made it to the window and his order still wasn’t ready. He came inside to use the restroom and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes before finally getting his food. The front cashier kept making the sign of the cross when she was standing at the bagging station but wasn’t taking orders. When she did decide to take orders she kept bagging and calling orders for folks that were not even there. The cook had to come from the back and try to regulate them up front. In all fairness I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and figured maybe they were short staffed, but it was three workers and a supervisor on staff. There was no reason that I should have waited over an hour for my food. Being that I had already paid for it, my mom and I was waiting. It was so slow the supervisor on duty had them close the lobby. As we were leaving, we noticed they had cut all the lights off as well outside as if they were closed. I have never been to this restaurant and the service was this poor. By the time we finally got all the food prepared half of it was cold, half of it was missing. You couldn’t go back because they had closed the lobby. Next time I will follow my first mind and go to the Burger King on seventh Street and baseline. I can see the supervisor or lead on staff was...
Read moreUnfortunately, very bad experience here. I ordered the French Toast Sticks and tried to order hash browns through the drive through. They told me they didn't have hash browns. I found that to be odd, but totally understandable with the supply chain issues. When I'm at the window, a young African American male tells me the price-no greeting or smile and takes my card. He hands me the bag and immediately closes the window. I can see that no syrup is in the bag, so I wave to get his attention. At least a minute passes and he still doesn't open the window, I had to finally honk my horn to get his attention. When I ask for the syrup, he tells me "we don't have any today" so I say well I wish I would known that, I would not have ordered these. He then says well, do you want a refund-no sympathy or apology and I say yes. He shuts the window again and I can hear him clearly arguing with another employee-another minute or so passes and he reopens the window and asks for my card. Again, window closes and he hands me the card back and says can I have the french toast back-which I hand to him. As if I was trying to still keep them. Again no apologies or sympathy-left me with a really bad taste in my mouth. This area could be considered an underserved part of Phoenix, and I don't want to stereotype, but this felt like pure drama. He was rude beyond belief and clearly had no respect for women or customers. I will not be visiting this...
Read moreDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!!! Since I pulled over to the drive-tru speaker, I could tell an attitude from the girl who was taking my order. Very unfriendly. When I got to the window, she gave me the wrong order. I told her about it and she looked upset and gave dirty looks non stop. Then the manager asked me for the change I got to make it right and I told her the girl had a really really bad attitude. She looked at me kinda ashamed and told me "I know J know, ir happens all the time, eeeeeeeveryone tells me the same thing" kinda like "oopsy". If it happens all the time why management keeps her there? They gave me my food and drove around the restaurant, I checked the food and AGAIN gave me the wrong burger. I ordered a triple stacked, got a double one (MICROSCOPIC TINY BURGER). Went back to tell them and again, but nastier attitude from the girl on the window. She didn't even apologize, just grabbed the bag kinda aggressively all upset and then the manager tried to play it cool and gave me the right burger. When I handed it to my son he was in disbelief about how tiny and disgusting looking the food was. I spent $20 on two burgers that look NOTHING like the display. I'm showing the photo they sell you and the actual burger you get. I wish I could give 0 stars to this place. Terrible customer service, mediocre management and lame food. This happened today February 26th...
