Have not had great experiences with Chipotle previously, but this is a different location. So I gave it a try. Unfortunately this one was worse than last time. I ordered a burrito. You're supposed to eat those with your hands. However my burrito had queso cheese all over the outside of the tortilla. An absolute mess. I wrapped a napkin around it so that I could hold it, but then the napkin got soggy and stuck to the tortilla. I had to just dump the contents out and eat it with a fork and toss the tortilla in the trash. There was a "special" meat available, Brisket! I love brisket. Of course there was an upcharge for this special ingredient. Well, they have no business calling that "brisket". Brisket isn't tough, dry, and chewy. So terribly disappointing... The tomatoes in the salsa were tough. There was a nice amount of them, but they were unnaturally chewy. Mildly disapointing that the two ingredients I wouldn't make a burrito without were also an upcharge, queso and guacamole. The resulting burrito cost $18... For that price I could have had a nice burrito at a restaurant along with chips, salsa, beans, and rice at no extra charge.
I did try some of my friend's beef barbacoa and it was quite good. I wish I hadn't been suckered into ordering the "brisket".
Their Watermelon Limeade is very refreshing.
I don't think I'll be coming back again. Even though I know what I would get next time and would probably enjoy it, it's just not worth the price. I was surprised to see this location isn't on Yelp, but then I thought, maybe they removed...
Read moreI went into this Chipotle on baseline and I ordered a chicken burrito and the rice was crunchy so I called and spoke with the manager and she said that she will replace the order for and for me to come back when I have time so I went back which is tonight I told a lady that I had a replacement order not knowing it was the manager on duty and she treated me very rudely she was an Hispanic woman when I told her that the other manager Maria said that I could come back to get a replacement on my order she started her nose up at me as she was making my burrito and she was just being really rude to me so I asked her co-worker next to her which was a guy did she have an attitude towards me and he said you're good you have a nice day like trying to rush me out the door people like that shouldn't be working in a place where you working around people with different people if you don't want to be there then find another job I've never felt so out of place in my life this is one of my favorite places to eat at and now since she treated me that way I won't be eating at Chipotle anymore that's why I gave it a one-starand I also will be reaching out to corporate concerning this matter because...
Read moreLong time Chipotle customer but this new location did not make me happy. I placed an online order to pickup via window. Easy enough. Got home and opened my burrito bowl. I put my fork in to take a bite and realized this wasn't my order. It was a burrito bowl but not what I ordered. I tried to use the Pepper chat and it seemed easy enough. Until I realized the only compensation it gave me for a completely wrong order was a free drink. I spent $10 to not get what I ordered and it gives me a stupid drink. So luckily it's very close and I get back in my car to speak to someone because there is no freaking way to do that on the phone, and a very young girl asks me if she can help. I said yes, I didn't get the right order. I hand her the order number and she said that she will remake it. I confirm with her what it shows and verify it's my correct order. I don't know if they just messed up my order or if someone else experienced the exact issue. Hopefully it's just a new crew and trying to figure it out but giving it 2 stars because the food is good.
