I ordered a pizza on Tuesday they messed it up and gave me a credit which was fine since it was a pickup order. I stopped back by on Friday and I ordered the same pizza and an extra pizza exactly like that and some wings. I drove all the way home was ready to enjoy my pizza and they didn’t do the extra sauce on Both of them. I took pictures and called and the central answering person said a complaint had to go to the store so she transferred me and it rang and rang and then the phone finally just hung up. I called back literally 3-4 more times before I decided to go back. I get there and told them about the pizzas and showed them pictures. The girl had a complete attitude about having to remake them. I then asked if their phone was ringing because when I walked into the store there was no one around and I heard laughing coming from the back area. I was standing there for a couple minutes before someone even knew I was there. I asked if they were going to remake the wings too because my wings were now at home getting cold because no one answered the phone and I had to drive all the way back there. When the pizzas were done I asked about my wings she said she wasn’t remaking them because she “knew my order”. I had the receipt that had wings on there!! I said you should have because they are cold and since they didn’t want to answer the phone I had to drive down. I said I was going to just call the GM about the store and said you go ahead and do that. She has such a poor attitude with poor customer service and the eye rolling was ridiculous. I have worked in customer service for a large portion of my adult life. If I ever heard my employee complain all to a customer that way and behave that was I would have fired her...
Read moreWhat a disaster and complete lack of customer service at this location. I waited in line with 7+ other customers all just hoping to pick up their prepaid orders for over 40min. There were 3-4 employees working in the back making food and no one was answering the phone or helping customers in the lobby. When I asked if anyone could assist the customers we I was told someone would be with us shortly. My order was placed over an hour before I started waiting and appeared as ready for pick up on their screen. When someone finally assisted us they informed us they were out of dough. My order that should have been ready for over 40min was never made and I went home...
Read moreMade a call to inquire about coupons I recieved by email and how to best use them. After calling and greeting the employee on phone- who did not greet back, I asked my question. Once my question was answered, I thanked the employee for assisting, he asked for the code for coupon. I explained I as not close but as rather inquiring regarding coupon. The employee hung up the phone. I WAS so excited to have this location close by, however these feelings have changed. I will not be contributing to this establishment, where the employees do not treat customers or potential customers...
