I placed an online order at 5:37pm for 4 sandwiches. It said they would be ready at 6:00pm. Well I arrived at the store at 6:05pm and there were 2 people in line ahead of me. I waited for them to finish making their sandwiches. There were 3 workers. I looked on the shelf where they usually kept the online orders and it was empty. I asked one of the guys about my order and he had an attitude and said that they had been busy. Then another lady came in with an online order and they handed her the order from the back counter area. So I mentioned to him that I placed this order at 5:37pm and he said he was busy. My sandwiches had not even been started at 6:15pm. Once I started raising hell about having to wait after I had already paid for my order over 45 minutes ago, the guy just started throwing my sandwiches together sloppy with the wrong items on them and everything. I kept telling him he was putting the wrong stuff on the sandwiches and he kept acting like he was looking at the receipt with the instructions on it but not following the order. After they were all made I asked him what sandwich was what and he got smart mouthed and said you should have been watching me put the numbers on the stickers. I wanted to purchase chips and all I had was a $100 bill and the girl wrung the up and used my $2 reward and said it would be $4 and some change but when she opened her drawer, she said she didn't have enough money to give me change. I will never go back to this dirty nasty establishment again. With 3 workers and only 2 customers you would think things would have been handled...
Read moreOn Friday around 6:30 or so i stopped at this location to get a sandwich. There were three people working and three people in line. One girl was rearranging the vegetable trays (not restocking or replacing, just moving them around), another was making a sandwich, which took about two minutes to make, and the third employee was standing behind and watching. After fifteen minutes, me and another customer exchanged a glance, and I stated that they could be moving more efficiently. I've managed a Starbucks location for more than a year, and we frequently deal with a line of ten to twenty customers with only two baristas working, so I know first hand how to handle lots of customers quickly and efficiently. The girl behind the counter immediately shot me a dirty look, and commented "You don't have to be so rude." I tried to explain the situation, how I was a manager and not trying to be rude, but she continued to glare at me. Waiting fifteen minutes for a snarky comment and a death stare didn't make sense, especially since they hadn't even begun making my sandwich. I will not be returning, and don't recommend anyone else visit this location, especially since the Subway on 51st was very friendly and welcoming as soon as I entered...
Read moreI went in to get a meatball sub I was told it would be 15 minute wait I said OK and sat down I began to observe the 2 workers the girl never stopped talking and they had all the food up on top of the glass case and both of them more spraying away, especially the girl, I got close and ask the girl what is in that bottle that you're using to clean? She responded I don't know it just says Subway, I took pictures through this process and told them I don't think I want to eat here you're spraying that stuff all over the place I don't know what's in it and your food is out there not even covered here a pictures you should have seen the look on her face when I told her I was going to post them! This is Subway located inside Walmart on 35th Avenue and Southern. I went to 19th Avenue and baseline location after this. I was treated way better even though I had a 20 minute wait but I got freshly baked bread and they didn't spare the sauce and actually offered me a complementary drink and when I Explained what happened at the other location I then asked one of the workers what was in the bottle that they were using to clean the glass case, she said windex!😡 The sub I was purchasing was for my grandchild can you...
