Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have came to this location now 4 times since they have opened. And I’m honestly disappointed. Each time the order has been incorrect. Both first and second times I was missing the chips from my box meals that included them, I got the dipping cheese but no chips. The third time my food was cold after being only the third person in line with no one behind me and waiting for over45 minutes in the drive through for only 2 box meals. Now today after being the only person in the drive through we waited for almost 25 minutes for 2 box meals witch were still missing items that were advertised to come with it as well as the food being cold and not getting any sauce even after I was asked 2 different times which sauces I would like with my order, then asked them to confirm that I got the sauces I asked for before I drove off and they said they were in the box, I should have checked.. once I got home yet again I am disappointed. From now on I’ll be more than happy to drive almost 15 minutes out of my way to get my order...

Appalled at the level of incompetence and lack of curiosity this location has. Waited 30minutes for my food to be made while I watched several orders be made ahead of mine since they were drive through. They gave me taco vouchers as if that would remedy the solution…got home only for the food I waited 30mknutes for to be cold and soggy. Went back to get a refund (which they gave me after trying to offer a remake…I’m sure that would’ve been inedible too) mind you I work in the food industry as well. I'm giving this location 3 stars because I ordered a party meal with a supreme crunch wrap. Placing the order was easy, and the wait time was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and very mindful to me and other customers. The food tasted as expected 😋 and was at the perfect temperature 🌡 My only complaint was there was barely any food in my party pack. My supreme crunch wrap was flatter than my 🍑 My 5 layer Burrito 🌯 was thin and light. My chips & nachos were my favorite out of the party pack meals.
