When I read all the positive reviews for Lucky Gold And Silver Exchange I decided I would give this guy a try. I wasn't disappointed . He is exactly the way all the reviews said he is. His name is Jim but he said everyone calls him Lucky. He took time to explain things to me . I brought some jewelry in to ask if he would look at it and tell me if it was real or fake. He took his time checking it out for me. I appreciated how he made me feel comfortable in his shop. I will be a regular customer and will be sending friends and family to him . I walked into Lucky's for the first time nearly a decade ago. I walked out the door 10 min later knowing that I would never go anywhere else for gold and silver business --ever. I've brought countless new customers to the shop. After their first visit 100% of them never went anywhere else. Jim is very thorough with what he does. He takes the time to explain anything I ask with extensive knowledge. If he doesn't know the answer, he goes out of his way and looks it up. He shows legitimate concern if I'm having a bad day. He takes interest in any chit chat we make. He greets every customer as if he's happy to see them. No matter who is working behind the counter, they are fair and treat everyone respectfully. Lucky Gold and Silver is always on point with their business, and are exceptional...

What's not to love?!?! Every time I get up to a few watches that need batteries, I go in. I can walk around and shop, I love a place where the price can be a little negotiable, it's fun for me. I can put quarters in the game and have a ball with that, or I can sit and bs with Jim while he does my watches, because if I may say, he is FINE to chat with! Wink wink. So what more could you want? Plus the jewelry is ALL quality. He doesn't sell junk ever. Even the lower dollar items are quality pieces....
