El Carbonero #2 — Restaurant in Phoenix

The restaurant only had one waitress and there was a lot of people. Therefore, it took almost 15 minutes for the menus to be brought to us and for them to take the order. After 30 minutes, the cook started working on the order. Our drink order came in after 30 minutes of waiting. There were also two tables that people left and they were not getting clean. Ultimately, the customer service in this restaurant was poorly and I will not come back...

This place had the best pupusas I've ever tasted. The staff of friendly, facility is kept clean and the food is great!!!!! So far I've only had the pupusas Pollo and Asada. I love this place!!!!!!! Reasonable pricing and good portions. This place should be busier than they are for the serially of food they are serving over there. I go to the location on 35th Ave and Northern in the plaza where Jack in the box. A must try!!!!!!!...

Tried to ordered here and I’m guessing the cook answered not th e lady that usually answers and he was extremely rude and was mocking everything I said and when he asked for my names her repeated it but said it like he didn’t understand .He got upset that I didn’t want a bottled soda and wanted the canned soda. He sounded extremely machista and I won’t be ordering...
