I'm an uber eats driver and was going to pickup a double order (2 customer order) and got to the drive thru to no answer. Lights were on inside and jack in the box is 24 hours, no? So I'm sitting there for a good 5 to 10 minutes waiting for a response, I honked my horn and no response so I drove up to the drive thru window. When I got to the window a woman was clearly seen by the kitchen area and looked right at me and then looked away and went off to hide. I knocked on the window and she ignored me completely. Keep in mind I'm about 25 minutes into this and have customers waiting for their food. (Poor customer service) so I proceed to get out of my car in the drive thru and go to knock on the windows to try to get her attention and she is nowhere to be found or seen. So I attempted to call, no answer. 4 attempted phone calls later and still the phone was left to ring. (At this point I am upset and angered by the poor customer service. (Another door dash driver pulls in behind me and is ignored as well). Like? At this point I'm giving up due to the lack of customer service and choose to cancel my ($25) payout order and continue my day. Then I called around 9:15AM and tried to speak with one of the employees to figure out the confusion and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully and got hung up on. I then attempted to call again and a different woman answered and I tried to ask who was working this morning and explain and she hung up on me again. When I attempted to call back the third time I was blocked. This was not a prank call nor was it for giggles. I was treated so poorly and disrespectfully and this is what I get. All in all, poor quality customer service and lousy treatment as a customer. I do hope the store manager sees this and handles this properly, I will no longer be doing pick ups at this location as an uber eats driver....
Read moreIt is 1:00am on 7-16-25 and I just went through the JIB drive thru at 35th & Northern in Phoenix, Az. There was one car in front of me when I pulled in. They were up to the window then gone pretty quickly. I pulled up, saw one man in a button up shirt with a collar vs. a t-shirt so I assumed him to be the manager currently on duty. He did not nicely greet me, or even say hello. He came to the window, handed me my bag of food, then just turned around and started walking away! Left me thinking...Wow! He's a manager??? How rude!! I live less than a mile from this location of JIB. Got home, started pulling the food out of the bag for my friend and I, and could NOT believe my eyes! This food was cold, hard, and shriveled up with gooey brown lettuce on it. The french fries were just sickening! I stuck one in my mouth before I realized they were that bad and it was cold, hard, AND cut my lip because it was literally petrified with sharp edges!! OH HECK NO!!!! I am leaving this feedback on their location's feedback AND I will be contacting corporate office as well, regarding both the terrible food and this rude manager and the food he is letting go out of his store. Read moreI was just at jack in the box about an hour ago and bought a southwest salad and had about 3 more bites left and on the bottom of my salad on the tray was a hair which was blond or grey which no one in our house has either color so I called jack in the box at 730pm on 4/6/24 and asked for a manager was told there wasn't one available so I proceeded to speak to the lady on the phone and told her what had happened and she asked for the person's name that took my order which I told her it was jaylene and asked her what her name was and proceeded to tell me it was her then switched her name up to something else and told me to bring in the receipt and the salad with the hair so they can see it first of all I do not live close to jack in the box and if I was trying to get free food don't you think I would have said my whole order was messed up she was very disrespectful if you can't handle a situation like this why work this job you should be ashamed of your customer service towards customers. You can't go anywhere and buy food anymore without it being contaminated with something it's really getting out of hand. I would post a picture if it allowed me to of the hair and my recipt.
