Rivas Mexican Food — Restaurant in Phoenix

So I've literally been sitting out here for about 2 to 3 hours waiting for the bus to start running, upon my wait I decided to get some Rivas, went to the window waiting for them to open the window but unfortunately they did not as the first ever went by I would constantly go back and check if the window was going to be answered and unfortunately to my disappointment it was not each and every time I went back to the past 3 hours then a Caucasian man up to the window with his son intimacy open the window to his order and proceeded to close it after to to my guess was oh they're finally open so I continue to the window right after that patiently to my surprise Michigan it did not answer set ring the doorbell to finally get the window answered and my order taken but unfortunately if you need not to acknowledge me nor the doorbell, once again they were not answering the window to me has 30 minutes past then 45 so then at this point is when I decided to write this review of the awful way I was treated for this case not acknowledged in...

I ordered a breakfast burrito wih bacon potato and egg. He kept saying cheese "queso" I said just egg baconand potato. I ordered again and he said ok. I ordered an additional Carne asada burrito and a large coke. When I got up to the window to pay he charged me 18.00 I looked at this breakfast burrito and it had cheese. Plus the Carne asada was a "Pollo A13 annd no coke. I mentioned this to him and he said I gave you what you ordered . I asked about the coke. He said he wanted another 2.92 which [ paid again. He said everything was recorded. SO I so what your telling me is that I AM SCREWED. HE SAID YES. I asked for his name he said PANCHO .. I ASKED ABOuT MY COKE. HE SAID PEPsi and charged. Me 2.92. I ASKED ABOuT SPEAKING To a manager. He closed the window and never responded. The egg bacon and potato tasted fishy. The chicken tasted like it was made yesterday and preheated. Worse yet bags of trash were on the floor and were taken out by both enployees. Neither washed there hands. PAcho no...

What a difference a few days make. I returned to Rivas to order two chicken tacos, but the Male clerk would not allow me to tell him what I wanted on the tacos When I told I wanted two tacos, he wrote down two tacos, but he did not allow to tell him whether I wanted grill or threaded Chicken etc.

He quickly closed the window, when I tried to get his attention, he told me to get away, so I left without purchasing anything. This Male clerk's behavior tainted Rivas. I will never go back. I was eating at Rivas 5 days per week and spending $8.00 per visit. Therefore, I was spending $40.00 a week. Many People hate Black People even some Black People hate themselves, but I love myself and Humanity. I have read more than comic Books, and I know that there is only one Race, The Human Race.
