Can't in the store and got my items. Went to check out. Was unsure if there was a cashier or not. I learned there was a cashier, but she was busy talking to some guy. Tried to self scan but I didn't fill in regards info so it asked me to cancel and I couldn't scan and continue. Pushed the assistance button and then watched the cashier check out another customer and another staff walk around. Left all items and will spend my $100 someplace that has Customer service. My time is valuable but it appears it's not too Michaels employees. The company isn't interested in making money, but having a pretty store with overly friendly staff who only pay attention to one customer at a time to make a sale. I swear, these places got COVID bail out money and they are just happy drinking...
Read moreJust changing my review because it is super annoying to be at a Michaels where I couldn't find one single item that pointed to Jesus Christ at Christmas. It is literally the reason the holiday exists . There were 10,000 different ways of accelerating Santa but you could not find one single Nativity scene, ornament with a manger, pretty awesome that you want to capitalize on his name but not sell any of his products for fear offending other people I imagine. I 100% guarantee you that Hobby Lobby has ornaments and a hundred other things that point to Jesus Christ at Christmas time. So I suppose I now know where I should be shopping in the future.

I commented that they were too expensive to hold my dog’s stocking and she told me that I could go to Amazon and look that they had cheaper stuff than what they carried. For her information I found the same type stocking holders for 50% less than her her 50% less sale. I believe she was either the store manager or a supervisor.
