We ordered the Million Dollar Bacon to share. We both liked it, but I'm not sure it was worth the price. My partner enjoyed the savory and slightly spicy Chickichanga. I practically inhaled my not-to-sweet-or-tart Blackberry Lemon Cream French Toast. We have ordered different menu items throughout our various visits and been contented with whatever we have ordered. It is nice that there is a wide range of items. The newer supplemental menu did not show nutritional information on it, and getting a lower calorie breakfast here could be challenging, but substitutions are available, which is nice. Update: At our visit today, we were disappointed by the hot chocolate, which tasted more like steamed milk than anything chocolate. Perhaps it was the batch we had, but we didn't see our server to discuss, and knowing we spent $4 each on 3 different cups, it was a huge disappointment. We were charged for 4 hot chocolates and had to get our bill updated to reflect that mistake. We spent about $90 after tip for 4 people having ordered 3 meals, 3 hot chocolate, one shared starter (salted caramel donut holes), and one of the 4 being a kids breakfast.

my first trip to this location and I'm moving it to the top of my list for northwest parts of Phoenix. Taegan was delightful, wonderful mix of efficiency and personality. I had the hash special, and it was a delicious take on a classic. I would only suggest offering a spicier option with jalapenos or another hot pepper to go with the mini red and yellow sweet peppers. 2024.05.22 back again and had an excellent late breakfast. Playing pancakes and two eggs perfectly fried over easy. Delightful service I think from Monik, that's the name on my receipt. The servers are always friendly and have a great sense of humor, makes the experience excellent EDIT Last thing, just go with corn tortillas. The half corn and half wheat flour doesn't work and are "healthy" only because they're inedible 2023.12.16 double stack of plain pancakes, fried egg over easy (finished eating before I remember to take pictures). good food, syrup was warmed up, server not aware that I have had half and half or cream in a small metal pitcher before, quiet and good for conversation

First ... Can the music volume be turned down? The server said no, but it prevented conversation. The food was wonderful. The blueberry muffin, apple sausage, fruit, yogurt, and granola bowl- all amazing. Honestly one of the best muffins I've eaten and their in house made granola was awesome. The grits with butter were good until about half way through. At the halfway point, they were too saturated in butter. We were pouring the butter into another bowl and still couldn't eat the mush. We asked the server and she said she wouldn't take it off the bill because half was eaten. The $3.49 for approx 8oz of grits was bad enough but not being able to eat half of them? And then a server more interested in those few dollars and blowing us off instead of providing good customer service really doesn't sit well.

Third time eating at this location in the past couple months and it’s just awful. Wanted to give it a chance before leaving a review. Each time we sat on the patio due to our comfort level during Covid. First visit we waited a long time for a table and finally got seated. Tables were very spaced out - only 4 on a very large patio, when actually they could have 6 tables since it’s outside. Inside was pretty jam packed so this makes zero sense. After waiting ANOTHER 20 mins, Waitress never came at all to take our order and we had to get up and tell the host to send someone out! Ridiculous, but she finally shows and then took another 15 mins to bring water. Food was good but she forgot to put our pancake on the order so it showed up way later. Never refilled drinks, but of course the one thing she didn’t forget was the check. Second visit was much better (hence the 2 stars), but you have to show up super early right when they open and waitresses are hit or miss. Third time we came and now we’re done with this location!!! Arrived at 7:45am and they say 40 min wait for patio...ok...except one side was closed with no tables and only one patio is open?? Waited close to 1 hour and saw everyone else that came after us seat before us! Hostess was super obnoxious coming outside and yelling peoples names. Why??? Don’t they text?? She never once checked if we were ok - had to ask about the wait time. Finally get seated and table top was unstable and falling apart...and they also didn’t clean properly! Food and dirt was all underneath our feet. Here’s a few common sense things: Clean and fix outdoor tables, add 2 more to the patios, hire more attentive staff, have creamers full before seating, add a “required” reservation system to alleviate ridiculous wait times on weekends, bring clean water glasses that are larger than a child’s cup, train staff better for consistency and focus less on to-go orders if you’re jam packed on weekends and can’t keep up!! All in all will not be back for a while and definitely not to...

Poor management average food at best. I never thought the good eggs food was very good for the price. But we were getting stamps towards a free meal so I thought it wouldn't be a bad idea to eat a few more times and get a free meal. After being explained there are so many rules to the card I was discouraged to eat there again. My girlfriend and I had gone to eat our last 2 meals and get a free one. I bought my meal to get my 5th stamp and then use my free meal to pay for my girlfriends. The management told me I couldn't use a free meal on the other purchase it had to be a separate time. I told the manager I was upset about the program and since I did have a total of 8 meals already between 2 different stamped cards and it only takes 5 to get a free one I would appreciate a free meal to satisfy a frequent customer. She said she couldn't do that-and I used to manage a restaurant and I know that mangers do have authority to make customers happy---that's one of the reason managers exist. I told her I wouldn't come back ever again if she didn't accommodate me. She said that was my choice. So I left her the cards-I paid my bill and I strongly urg you not to eat at the Good Egg because their food is average, overpriced, and the management will not stretch themselves to make sure you leave happy-even if you have bought several...

I went for breakfast this morning and sat at the long table (similar to the tables they have at Starbucks.) This table in particular is in the center of the restaurant. I immediately noticed I was the only African American in the entire restaurant besides the host who was employed there (no problem.. atleast to me). I waited about 7 minutes when the host (again also African American) noticed no one came to take my order... So he had to take it. About 15 minutes later, a Caucasian woman comes and sits at the end of my table... She was greeted and her order was taken soon after she sat down. A Caucasian party of two then sat directly in front of me at the same table.. they to were greeted and had their orders taken soon after they sat down as well. The host did not have to take their orders. The same person that took their orders walked passed me several times. I would never go back to this restaurant as it is clear they need diversity training. I want to warn other minorities that this may happen to them if they decide to go as well. I thought about bringing the issue up to management, but because certain groups of people are less likely to experience discrimination in relation to others.. I knew that there would be a lack of understanding. As a precaution, I just won't put myself back in that...
