Taco Bell — Restaurant in Phoenix

It seems almost every time we go to this location something is made wrong, the wrong item ends up in our bag or we are missing an item entirely. The past 5 or 6 times we went to this location this was the case. I wish I was exaggerating. Around the time that the Mexican pizzas came out we went and ordered several items including a chicken chalupa (it was around 8-9pm) which we quickly realized was not included in our order. We had already waited in line 30 minutes just to get our food and we would’ve had to wait another 45 minutes in the drive through line since the line was so long, just to get our order resolved. So we pulled into the parking lot and I went to open their door to resolve the issue and it was locked. I knocked and every single employee proceeded to ignore me as well as the delivery driver who was waiting beside me. I even called them and they refused to answer the phone. They all saw me, stared at me and then ignored me. The service was absolutely outrageous and anyone planning to stop at this location should reconsider and go to McDonald’s, In and Out, or one of the other surrounding fast food places. (drive thru) 1st had to repeat what I wanted 3 x's to clarify unfortunately I don't speak Spanish but finally repeated to me what I ordered the total came to 15$ for nacho fries supreme$3.79 (no guac) a gordita supreme$2.49 & cheesy beef burrito ($2) so i would check my receipt. conveniently their receipt machine was "BROKEN" so I pulled into parking spot checked the order no gordita some type of chicken burrito and guac on my nacho fries(allergic 2 avocado)I got out and conveniently the dining room was closed I banged on door punks were telling me can't open door or help me to call manager tomorrow I had waited 20min in the 1st place and even longer line now. So they basically took my $ gave me change from their pocket I'm sure & totally screwed up my order couldn't eat any of it. So I walked up to window and left the bag on window and said thanks for ripping me off and giving me old food They yelled and cussed at me in Spanish I called 3 x's the next day phone rang 50x's no answer gotta...

Id give no stars if it would let me and this rating is solely based on service not food quality. I pulled up in a work truck and parked in a designated parking zone for lunch today, it wasnt busy and the parking lot wasnt packed at all and it shares a parking lot with Inn and Out which was right next too it. As i pulled up with myself and 5 of my crew members i was greeted by a rude staff member before i could even get out of my truck who said i couldnt park there, now i wasnt in the road, i wasnt in a fire lane i wasnt blocking traffic i was where i was suppose to be in the parking lot, and he continued to rant on and tell me that theres plenty of parking in the home depot parking lot and started to point in that direction and that would make perfect sense.. if i were there to shop at home depot, Needless to say that one rude employee cost you our business today and every other day we work in that area until our project...
