I had a 12pm appointment for face threading and arrived 10mins early. Upon my arrival, not one person greeted me or acknowledge my existence. I sat down in the reception area and waited for my appointment. I waited until 12:15pm and finally stood up at reception making eye contact with the employees. Still no one spoke, so I finally spoke out to the nearest employee and said I had a 12 appointment for threading. Without again any acknowledgment of me waiting there all this time, she said "oh yeah, i spoke with you yesterday, can you wait 20 more minutes." Really? Like I had to ask you what's going on and without hesitation or an apology you tell me I have to wait another 20minutes? There is a common sense and a way to handle your customers, this isn't it! I walked out of there and decided to try some where else. I should have paid closer attention to prior reviews, because as a mother running a right schedule, I can't wait in the lobby for an hour to you decide to get to me. No customer should deal with such unprofessional service. Maybe customer service will eventually click to this business, along...

This place is just absolutely amazing. My friend and I stopped by there to get Henna tattoos and they turn out really great. The owner and her husband are really nice and they really made us feel at home. As for the henna she can do whatever design you want and it’s really affordable (I got my design from Pinterest). We also ended up getting our eyebrows threaded because she has a $5 deal going on right now for that. My friend got hers done for the first time and complemented on how little it hurt. She’s kind of a drama queen so I actually expected her to be kicking and screaming all through, lol. Poor customer service! Went in and waited for about 3 minutes while the one person working watched videos on her phone and chatted with someone else who left once the video ended. When she left she had just finished wiping her nose with a tissue and then proceeded to start threading my eye brows without sanitizing or anything. She also broke the thread a few times and kept swearing like it was the end of the world. She smelled of cigarette smoke and looked high and then when to pay she had the audacity to ask if I had cash and mentioned something about how’d I’d tip her. Unprofessional!!! ...I then a few hours later went to call the number and asked to speak to the owner or even to see when the owner would be in and got hung up on....
