The ombrĆ© was done with eyeshadow Iām not sure why he didnāt say he couldnāt do it will gel polish or to see the photo again!!
I felt like if I complained based on their energy and customer service that Iād be made out to be a scammer or trying to get over!
$292.00
I paid for the number 4 pedicure ask me how long I waited and how long my feet sat in the water. I even took a small nap š . That pedicure was still full price!
My 11yr old daughter picked this place based on the reviews!!!! I need to know whoās the coldest nail tech in the shop because Iām not seeing it! Hell Iām used to a certain level of service where they even help you roll your pants up and put your sandals/flip flop on after a service.
I pulled a twenty dollar bill out to tip. Then said hell naw they even got me waiting to pay š¤¦š¾āāļø!!! Like damn when is my damn turn lol š! Even when Iām trying to leave!
Also to play dumb like that when I asked to use Apple Pay is insane and then I say in clear English okay Iām going to pay by visa debit and I need to unlock my card! Why was this confusing š«¤????!
Whoās the coldest nail tech out here we came from paradise valley. Like honestly what quality of service is out here HELP!!!!
I think itās cause how I was dressed and my bonnet maybe they wanted to pull the stereotype card! I wasnāt getting my nails done for tax season though but because I make 37 an hour!!! $292.00 really isnāt much but I will never let my daughter pick a place again! Iāll be driving back or moving back to paradise valley. My hometown west Phoenix, maryvale is in shambles.
I did post pictures the flower is not the same as the nail tech shared with me from his phone. I know I provided my own pic of what I wanted but once I saw the pics he shared I said we can tweek it some but he didnāt do what he showed me concerning the flower on his on personal pic this isnāt the same as neither one our photos. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey will talk badly about you in your face in their language. The original nail tech I requested that I drove 47 mins to see didn't want to see me because they had an appointment that didn't show up for 40 mins later. I was called into work early, but she had already started my toes. She said I'd be out of the right before 5. I said no, mind you that I drove 47 mins. I stated that I either can get my nail done another time unless someone can get started on them now. Struggling to find someone to cooperate, finally, someone wanted to work. He starts. I thank him for doing my nails......he doesn't even acknowledge me but makes a comment in his language and the 7 year old(Im assuming is a child of one of the workers) looks at me and walks away. He didn't have to make that comment. Nobody was forcing him. He could've said no, but to ruin MY experience, and IM PAYING HIM. It was dead silent in there. The tv wasn't working, and there's nothing to stare at but a screen saver on the tv. The woman doing my feet turns to see what im looking at, and 5 mins later, she makes another comment, and they BOTH look at me (the only time I recall seeing his eyes) and then make jokes because they both laugh. I was excited to get my nails done and my feet because I had surgery on my foot in june. This was my first experience. They should teach that young girl what customer service means instead of creating a hostile environment! I ended up being 47 minutes late to work, and I dont think it was worth it because of the experience I had and the quality of the nails I got. These arent coffin and mind you that he wasn't going to shape them more until I requested he do so, and still didn't get coffin shaped, these are square. The toe nails, one is longer than the other. I will post pics. I gave them a $5 tip, which I normally give $20-$40. They are lucky they got that, but I have compassion,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs a frequent customer, Iām highly disappointed! last week, I walked into Panda Nails at 9:30 am as soon as they opened, one of the men told me when I requested Geri, that she no longer works there. Sheās only 1 of 2 people there that I trust to do my nails at Panda because Iāve had a bad experience in the past with a different nail tech. The second person is Steven, he sits in the first chair at the door, and to my surprise he wasnāt in that morning. So the guy who was assisting me, call Steve on his personal phone and allowed me to speak with him. Steve told me that I could come back at 2pm to be serviced. I said okay. However later that day, as it was closer to 2 I realized I couldnāt make it so I called him and HE rescheduled me for 11 the next day, I confirmed that was the earliest appointment he had and he said yes. So the next day I showed up at 10:30 am, when I walked into Panda, Steve asked me āhow can I help you?ā I said, āI have an appointment with youā he then got up, and started walking to the back, while walking to the back he started speaking in his language to the other nail techs and slowly one by one they all looked up at me and continued their dialect. After a few mins of this, and Steve not ever acknowledging me again, I just walked out. Iām very disappointed, I called, I made an appointment, Iāve been here several times, I tip every time, I really love the work he does, and this is how Iām treated. Unacceptable! And I know Itās the holidays and theyāre probably all burnt out and trust me I get it, but thereās no reason to treat paying customers like they donāt matter. Iām leaving for a trip tonight and I donāt have my nails done and Iām highly...
