I have been a returning customer of Del Sol Furniture for years. The show room on 83rd Ave and their sales team have always been so helpful and provide great customer service. My most recent purchase was a king size mattress in 03/22. It recently began to unravel at the seam. I called the customer support number, they quickly placed & approved the claim. I went into the showroom and chose the same model since it was covered under the warranty and I had no intention of paying a price difference. I got a call two days later from Elena at corporate and was given a fee of $100, maybe a little over, I can't quite remember. I explained to Elena that I should not be required to pay a fee as the mattress should be covered under warranty. I should clarify that I went with a different firmness, but it was the same price as the original mattress, I quickly explained to her that I would opt for the original mattress firmness if that was the reason for the fee. It wasn't. Del Sol Furniture expected me to pay the difference on the mattress because the price increased from what I paid full price on last year. The conversation and exchange of information baffled me, I should not be charged for a purchase that is covered under warranty. I allowed for the understanding to be that she "waived" the fee because the point wasn't being received on her end. The manager at the 83rd Ave location also advised I request the delivery fee be waived due to the faulty/defective mattress and having to even file a claim in the first place. Stating "9 times out of 10 they will waive the fee". I appear to be the one out of ten because when I requested, the customer service rep would not oblige stating, she was trying to help me by waiving the cost of the mattress. I requested another rep at this point. I was then transferred to Zulma, who after being questioned on the level of their customer service responded with "we can just reimburse you your money". I opted for a reimbursement after some thought because I was extremely taken back by their level of customer service or should I say lack thereof. To be expected to come out of pocket after such an inconvenient experience (mattress basically falling apart, being expected to pay a fee for a mattress that is under warranty and then being told they would "waive" a fee that shouldn't even be a fee, hence the warranty!), expected to deliver a heavy mattress myself or pay the delivery fee of $129 is ridiculous and proved to me Del Sol Furniture does not value their customers. I have purchased several different furniture pieces from Del Sol Furniture (having spent somewhere in the ballpark of $4000 over several years) but after the level of treatment I received I will never purchase anything from Del Sol Furniture again. Nor will I refer them as I have several times in the past. I went to Costco and purchased 2 mattresses (king, twin) for the amount I was reimbursed.

In a panic, we turned to Del Sol Furniture where Mrs. Alejandra provided exceptional assistance. She not only helped us understand the situation but also ensured that we got our things and had them delivered the same day, as we had nothing in our new home. Mrs. Alejandra's professionalism, empathy, and efficiency were truly remarkable. We are grateful for her outstanding customer service and highly recommend Del Sol Furniture for their exceptional care and support during a challenging time.

Yasmin was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable with all the products we purchased. I was very impressed with the variety and selection of furniture Del Sol has, We are upgrading to a house from an apartment so we needed everything we ended up finding everything we needed and under $10k ! Very satisfied thank you again Yasmin ! 🥰This picture is my 12 year old and the gifts Yasmin gave him 😊

I bought 3 rooms of furniture at Del Sol in 2013. This was my first time buying new furniture, so i was intimidated by the idea. Juan was my sales person and he walked me through the buying process thoroughly and efficiently during each visit. The rooms I bought were a king bedroom set, a dining set, with the matching buffet (which was offered at a discount since I was buying 2 rooms at once), and a sectional couch set. The bed itself was not what I expected as the set inside the store was a captain bed with drawers underneath. Upon delivery I called the store and was directed to the warehouse where i spoke to Naomi. She took a look at my receipt with me on the phone and explained everything. We found out that I did not pay for that specific bed, so it was my mistake. I am still very happy with my purchase. The material used for the frame isn't the best, as the side rails and foot board are made of very thin wood, that threatens to break if one isnt careful. The bed is made by Ashley though, not Del Sol. The bed is beautiful no less and I love it. I am not a person with large body mass, so the thin boards aren't an issue for me. I have had to call twice for replacement parts, once for a chair leg to the dining table, and once for the hardware that goes under the bed. Both times I spoke to Naomi in the warehouse. She was able to help me right away using only my phone number. She was knowledgeable about both products, and was able to order them right away. my replacement parts were delivered quickly, and installed by the company. Naomi was patient with me and answered my questions with a pleasant disposition during both calls. I was a bit apprehensive about buying furniture from a store with a spanish name, because i only speak english. I must say it was very refreshing to be able to speak to someone without a language barrier. This level of customer service is what prompted me to buy my living room furniture from Del Sol as well. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with a whole store full of a team of very professional staff at Del Sol. I am a bus driver and was on my break. So I decided that I would go look into this store. OMG I 1st met Maricela and I was very impressed with the knowledge and skills that she had in regards to the products and companies furniture that she sales. I told her that I would be coming back on Memorial day. Well it got even better. I ended up meeting Yajaira the store manager along with Nancy. These three ladies here work very good as a team. I ended up redoing my whole house with mostly Maricela and Yajaira. I love my new furniture and now I am bragging. It's a beautiful sectional couch, entertainment center, 4 pc table set, Ca King bedroom set with everything included, 2 sets of mattresses, a dining room set. Well that for now. Maricela, Yajaira and Nancy who is just is good. I will be back in a few months for my new living room set for my home garden and got a 60 inch television for the package that I brought. I highly recommend this team for your furniture for either upgrading or buying a new home like me. Go there and ask for them, they will be happy to help you.
