I went for Mother's Day & I had the most horrible experience. I always go & I do notice they talk about me after I say I want something a certain way. Other than that everything was fine this was my go to place UNTIL this day. The minute we walked in my mom opened the door and there was 2 girls behind her I was behind the 2 girls because my car wasn't locking! All 4 of us were standing in the front for 5seconds & the guy looked at me & my mother & looked at the girls & called them to have a seat for a pedicure. I was about to tell him Hello we were here first. But I stayed quiet because after that I did not want him to do our service whatsoever. 2min later a lady comes & grabs us with a better attitude and while I sat on the chair the guy literally looked at me & smiled!! & was staring up & down at us. I did not like that at all so I started looking at him ugly. I felt so uncomfortable.
Also if you choose #1 for a pedicure they automatically give some attitude & say stuff the other workers. I always get #1 with gel so regardless I don't feel bad.
After that I ignored the guy & decided I wasn't going to let him affect me but IT GETS WORSE! Throughout the whole time he talks a different language with his people looking at me smiling like a smerky face laughing. The girl doing my feet starts to show the guy nxt to her all the gunk and he turns and they keep talking this whole experience was uncomfortable you know right away they're talking about you because the turn and look at the client. It's SUPER OBVIOUS. Always trust your gut feeling if you think their talking about you cause THEY ARE.
So I start talking in Spanish and looking at them to see if they like it & they didn't the girl said something in her language and the whole salon workers turn & look at me.
Also I did my nails & no one started my mothers she was waiting still at the pedi area. So i said is someone going to help her cause we have to go. She calls this guy in the back he was eating so I told her if he's eating he can finish I was still being polite! This guy comes starts talking all this stuff complaining in their language. My tech offers me a water I said no thx but my mom would like one, she tells the guy to grab one and he literally ignores her and sits & starts my moms nails. I was already mad so this pissed me off even more. Some other lady grabbed the water 5min later & this same lady at the end of our nail sets started saying stuff in their language but I heard the word "mama" & pointed where my mom was sitting. So I stood up & I said "what did you say?" She was literally acting SO confused saying what? What? & i said what did you say about my mom? I heard you. & she ignored me acting like she didn't say nothing. After we went to pay & i still tipped my girl 15$ for my service she was so happy she didn't expect it at all since she knew i was mad. Im not the type to tip bad but she cleaned my toes so good I was happy with her.
But after she offered me the stamp cards they have & the lady who was talking about my mom came and said in her language (lol still talking about me in my face!!) Had said no! So my nail tech turns and looks at her then puts the card back. & i didn't even want one honestly because after you get the card filled you ONLY get 20% & only for ONE service so not even worth it. But on purpose I said no actually Give me one please! The lady turns back to see if the girl isnt looking & gives me one! She stamps it twice and says thank you sm she was happy with her tip. I'm pretty sure the girl is the manager cause she sits around sometimes and relaxes and tells others what to do. I've had her before & has attitude if you want things a certain way!
Overall the entire staff talks about us. I had a horrible experience will not be coming back. I do not recommend. It's always dead here no customer's so I liked coming but I finally see why it's dead. They're rude! & give...
Read moreOrdered #1. Comes with a foot scrub. I'm not very knowledgeable about pedicures so I asked them if they gave me a foot scrub and he said no you've got the basic. So then I was asking why I don't get a foot scrub because it clearly says it. He started ignoring me and then I asked again. After that I asked the woman next to me and then they spoken a different language and started ignoring me simultaneously. Wonder why they are afraid to answer my question. I wasn't being rude I just wanted to know and they made it so much worse. My husband wanted to get a pedicure too but as soon as he saw their attitude he decided not to. Will not come back. Oh and my nail person...
Read moreI haven't gone to a nail salon before, but I'd say this is a great place for my first. The staff are very kind and it's very clean. It has a pretty calming atmosphere. There is some bits of nail polish on my skin but it doesn't really matter. I won't get upset over something small since I would do the same thing. I can't tell whether the prices are reasonable or not since my mom had paid, but I'm assuming they are. Overall, good service, good...
