La Pasadita Hot Dogs — Restaurant in Phoenix

Went here this past week. The food was okay but the service was horrible. They closed at 12 am. We got there ordered and paid at 11:40pm. Waited about 5 minutes, normally they put your order on a tray but she automatically put it in a to go bag. My husband and I sat and ate even tho it was put in a to go container. He finished his food I had less than 1/2 of my hotdog left. Right when I took a bite the cashier came up to us and said were closed, and pretty much told us to hurry up and finish. She literally said you guys need to finish. I said what's the time, looked at my phone with her right there, it was 11:59!!!!! It's not like we got there at 11:59pm and ordered. At that moment I was so upset I just told my husband let's go, and ate walking to the car since they were so eager to immediately close at 12am regardless if there was paying customers inside. Mind you I dont eat like a turtle, but give the courtesy of letting a customer finish even if it's 2 minutes pas's "closing" time. Very rude, definitely won't...

I am tired of this. Esch time I order from here for delivery it’s the same thing over and over again. THEY ALWAYS MESS UP MY ODER!! And I don’t blame the delivery man since he drops off whatever they pack. And I’m on my last straw I was down to the last 20 in my bank account and I asked for a combo. Sonoran hot dog, fries, and a coke. THEY FORGET MY COCO COLA!! Sure in hindsight it may not seem like the biggest deal but they know what they’re doing I pay money for this stuff and for them to just be forgetting stuff makes me real mad. You don’t know how hard it is to just get home from work and want a nice meal and the bare minimum for someone that is packing the order is for everything to be in there. It’s not like the food has to be perfect but still I can’t do this again I will NEVERR be ordering from La Pasadita again!!! Usually have a great experience but I placed a $30 order for my family with French fries and they tasted so disgusting as if the oil they were fried in hasn’t been skimmed or replaced throughout the day you could tell by the color and build up on each one . Is worked fast food service for 5 years and this is beyond me. They forgot one of my drinks to one of my combos and argued with my partner on what I ordered. I called them to let them know our experience and they tried to place fault on us for “picking it up too late.
