So let's talk about my experience. I walk in the door and find a nice young lady sitting behind the counter. I casually asked for the specials. She told me about a promotion large pizza carry out 7.99 plus tax anyway you want it. I ordered a pepperoni and a supreme. I also ordered some wings and took a seat. Now while I was sitting I notice someone come in who was over charged, the manager corrected the issue but warned the employee that next time it would come out of his check. I thought it was weird that he went off on the employee in front of everyone but decided to let it go. I got my order and noticed it was about 10 dollars higher than it should I asked the girl why it was so much, she couldn't figure out so she called up the same manager who looked at the receipt responding with "only two topping pizzas are 7.99 and I was paying full price for both". I told him how I was told it it would be 7.99 for any large pizza. The young lady immediate stepped up and admitted it was her mistake and she did tell me "anyway I wanted them" the managers responded by justifying this with "if I had time to be up here I would have given you correct information, but I'm busy running a restaurant and there fore things like this happen" I responded that this wasn't a restaurant... it's Pizza Hut. That at a restaurant, if someone makes a mistake they don't take that mistake out on the customer. Also that as store manager it is his direct responsibility to ensure his staff is trained, and this girl wasn't, and there for he should make things right. However I thought about the situation before and realized he was gonna take the savings out of the girls check, if she had lied or stayed quiet I might have insisted on the discount, but I applaud honestly... it wasn't her fault her boss failed to give her the correct information. Read moreHad a really bad experience here, especially with the manager Mark. I tried to order online, but the site kept giving my issues and kicking me out every time I tried to view my rewards. We spoke to him to see if we could order over the phone and use our points, but Mark sighed and rudely said he cant do anything (not apologizing or stating if he could at east alert someone about the site issue). We ended up ordering just the beer online, as were not able to use the points for the pizza rewards. BACKROUND ON THE BEER: Our vehicle brakes are shot and we cannot drive anywhere at all, they are gone-gone. Wanting some beer to relax with on this fine Sunday, we tried to order a few drinks online from 7-11 app. There was an issue, and both order failed to go through (while still charging my account). The only other option for beer was pizza hut, and I have points saved for pizza. Plan went bad when I could not use the points with my order. FAST FORWARD TO DRIVER DROPPING ORDER OFF: The driver was cool, but he actually had let me know that the manager at folks at Pizzahut were thinking it was suspicious I was ordering just beer, and not to sell to me if I acted weird. That was so offensive. It is none of their business why i decided to waste $13 a case for beer, they should be happy for the business. Read moreWORST EVER.... My husband loves pizza hut. But now after this never again. We ordered a pizza that should have been here at 620pm. Received a text at 615 pizza on the way. Then received a text asking for the building and apartment. So I immediately provided the information. When a few mins went by I text again I should meet by the office. Again no reply. I tried several times calling that number and no one answered. I finally got a call from the location. She stated her name was Ileana. She said because I did not reply the driver brought it back. I said I did reply and how long would it take she said another 30+ mins. I told her I was filing a complaint and she hung up. I called back asking to speak to her was place on hold for 10 mins. I used a different phone and spoke to a gentleman who started they would have to re make the pizza. I asked if I can pick it up instead he said yes. When I got there I asked for Illeana and was told no one by that name worked there. I was not even offered a refund for the delivery fee charged. I did the survey and asked for a full refund.
