Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Phoenix

It makes me sad to have to claim this because I have never felt it before and I'm not one to ever think of people practicing bigotry but I am certain that it is the case here. I order a supreme and an extra pepperoni, both claim to be hot an ready. I called ahead even. After i showed I have waited 25 min for my order. Here is my accusation of the bigotry. I have watch 10 people all Hispanic go thru and order before and after me, thier hot and ready pizzas with no wait, yet the only other person waiting for their pizza on this room is white. One of them even order ahead like me and had 2 sausage pizzas, keep in mind not hot and ready, and didnt wait even a min in the place from the moment he walked in. Not to mentioned on the phone call the person that took my order said that if I wasn't there on time they would throw my pizzas away. For a side note to the staff, just because I'm white doesn't mean I dont understand Spanish, I grew up around it my whole life and know when someone has negative things to say about me and the other person in the room. I am pissed at the complete unprofessionalism of this place. If I could give this store a zero stars I would. The staff in the afternoon are completely careless. I placed an order and when I tried to call back to add something I got kids answering and laughing and then hanging up. It took me 4 times of being transferred back and forth to finally get a hold of someone and I just cancelled my order all together and was told my order had already been cancelled. Come on get an adult to manage this classroom full of kids that don't take work serious. This wasn't my first horrible experience at this location my last visit I placed an order an hour before close and was given what appeared to be left over chicken wings and crazy bread that we're absolutely cold and the chicken wings were drenched in sauce. I might as well have ordered a tub of sauce. When I called about it they again were all laughing and joking about it in the background and then told me to bring it back and would give me a free chicken wing the next day. I've been coming here for awhile since it's in my neighborhood. Never had a problem until now. I ordered 2 hot and ready today around 820pm even after being told it was a 20-25 minute wait for them. The clerk didn't give me a receipt but did tell me my total which I did not second guess becuz I never had a bad experience before. So when I returned to pick up via drive thru, a different clerk told me that I would have to wait another 30-40 minutes on an order I already made. I decided I wanted a refund and she asked for a receipt which wasn't given to me. After some unnecessary attitude on the clerks part, she told me my order wasn't in her computer. I reiterated that I already paid for it so she grudgingly told me she would be back and left. A minute later, she came back with my pizzas and said they weren't in her computer but they were labeled.
