I stepped in there not even an hour ago, I ordered two fresas con cremas to go since it was close to their closing time. I went to the register to pay only to realize how expensive it got for two cups of fresas con creama BUT anyway I stepped to the side to get out of the way. I was watching two crew members prepping and cutting the strawberries and thought nothing of it. FINALLY AFTER all that waiting I finally get my order and make my way home, only to realize they have served me OLD strawberries BROWN strawberries. I didn’t want to believe it but after my first bite I noticed they tasted pretty weird, so GUESS what I got up and washed one of the strawberries and yes me’am they were old strawberries. How can the workers not NOTICE they’re using product that’s going bad ? It’s infront of your eyes !!!!!! I was sooo furious... I wanted to go back but they were closed and didn’t even bother calling them. How dare you charge me $14 dollars for Brown strawberries, I was so mad I could not call them that I decided to leave a review. Came to la carreta De Lily and I ordered a mangonada and fresas con crema. I was a bit disappointed with the Mangoneada. It was missing the actual mango on the stick and it looked already pre-cut and it had the Mango hard with no flavor. I also order the fresas concrema and those were amazing. These two small items cost me $13.50 along with the $0.50 charge for using my debit card. I will not be back I rather go somewhere else that they're able to do both things and be amazing and not charge me for $0.50 charge for using...

If it was possible to give no stars I would. There are two girls working, girls, not woman. I was trying to ask questions and either the girl didn’t hear me or she didn’t care because she kept saying “what are you getting?” When we got our basic ice cream in a cone the ice cream had frost bite and the cone was stale. The girls were more worried about collecting our money than proving good service. We were the only ones there, there was no need for bad service and bad quality food. Very...
