I was a long time customer (Over 5 years) but I will never return to this place. I went in for a full-set. The owner's boyfriend/exhusband sat me down at his station. He continued to clean as I was waiting. I had a meeting to go to. After ten minutes of watching him clean, I had to leave because I didn't know when he was going to start on my nails and I didn't want to take the risk of being late.

I returned after my meeting and it was obvious the man was upset. One of the workers asked me to come to her seat but I requested the worker that normally does my nails. She had just finished a client. The man said no because she doesn't do acrylic nails. It was a lie because she has done my nails before. I asked could I have the other worker and he told me to leave and come back in an hour. I asked why do I have to leave when someone is available. He said you left and didn't say anything to me. I stated "You were cleaning and I had a meeting." He was becoming very hostile. He stated 'You need to understand that I need to clean!"

I thought it was very disrespectful because he had me waiting for at least 10 minutes while he burnt incense, walked around moving stuff around, and stayed in the back. I didn't know what time he was going to start on my nails. It looked like he was doing it on purpose because I started asking them to break down the prices.

Also, always ask for the amount before starting. They seem to add charges onto the service. At one of my visits, they told me a price of $63. I asked them to break it down and it came to $58. I already left a nice tip so I was not sure why they added more to the bill. I always receive the same services. I looked at my past transactions and I see the price was almost always different.

The boyfriend/exhusband of the owner is rude, controlling, a bully, and makes the atmosphere hostile. I was glad he had left the first time. It was better without him there. I will never return. For him to tell me to leave and come back in an hour was his way of trying to punish me for leaving. He needs to understand, they need customers. Customers do not need them. There are to many nail spas that will accept my money.

I will never go back to this place. When I called them and asked the price of a fill and color change , they tell you something and when you get there and let them know what you wanted, they took my nails to the natural nail. When I asked them why they did that. They said that the nail was not save to re use. When I tried to let them know what I wanted for color and that I wanted two colors the old lady looked at me like I was high. She didn’t even know what I was talking about. She had me put my hands in Acetone and then walked away and did what ever talk to her other employees while my nails were melting off. When I told her that I wanted someone else to do my nails she told the other lady that I never had nails on and that it was a new set. Another girl that was there getting her nails done said that yes I did have nails on. I told them that I could not have the nails long or sharp because of my job. She didn’t listen to me. When she was done I want up to pay she said it was $55 and I asked her why, she said because it was a new set. The only reason why it was because of the other lady took off my other nails. So she told me that she would have me pay $45 so that’s what I did. I gave her $60 and she told me that I can leave now and have a good weekend. I stoped and told her that she needs to give me the $15 back that I am owed. I will never do that nail...

Never going back. To start, they had me resting my arms on two paper towel rolls instead of the usual cushion that other places have. Weird. The lady that did my nails didn't speak any English. There was initially a guy translating but he left. The other ladies there didn't help with the communication. All I wanted was gel French tip with a design on ring finger. The lady did a very sloppy job and got the gel polish all over my fingers. Some under my nails too and it was so difficult for her to understand what I was staying. For the design she put a sticker on my finger. I told her I didn't like it and to remove it and she didn't understand. Finally got someone to tell her to remove it and all she did was take it off and add a clear coat. Leaving a hole that is visible on my nails. Really horrible job for $50. Additionally the lady next to me was getting her acrylic removed and all the clippings kept landing on my face and chest. I told them it kept getting me and all they said was sorry and continued.
