Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

I have such a great experience every time I come to this pizza hut. They are brand new to the area. They just had a grand opening a few months back and me and my fiance came to it and got some really good coupons for when we come back. They are my favorite pizza place to get my pizza fix. Even if we did not have the coupons.

The cheese is always on point and nice and gooye the way I like it. I only come to Phoenix to see my fiancé and when we want pizza we come here. I don't need to ask for extra cheese because they know the point of a cheese pizza is to be cheesy. I have changed my pizza preferences from papa John's or little Cesar's just so I can enjoy the taste at this brand new pizza hut.

Little side note. They do not have public restrooms, however how many hole in the wall pizza places do you know have a public restroom anyway. So that should not be counted against them.

The manager is beautiful and so nice and friendly if you ever get the chance to meet her. She asks about my day and looks likes she cares what my day has been which has really helped sometimes when my work was not so nice to me.

I would give a higher rating than 5 stars if I was able to. This is probably one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. And yes I have been to Rosatti's on basline and 24th and the pizza patron on baseline and central. Both of those places are great, just not as good as this pizza hut on baseline and 32nd street.

I want to take a time to write a review about this Pizza Hut and it’s amazing team… I am right now dealing with probably the worst depression in my entire life. I have pretty severe spinal issues even though it’s not that noticeable i deal w a lot of high pain and sadness to be honest with you. I have been eating at this Pizza Hut a few times a week for the last few months which yeah I know you shouldn’t be eating Pizza Hut every single day and I should probably cut back LMAO but sometimes I just honestly don’t have much to look forward to. I do however, look forward to seeing people who work at this location because they are so warm and so welcoming, you know when you’re sick it’s the small things that really make you happy and I guess I just want to say thank you. It’s nice to just have people who seem genuinely happy to see you when you come in the store. It’s also immaculately clean every time I come in-They never seem irritated that I order a little bit before they close… I’m trying to get better at it lmao. if you’re still reading this review, please don’t do that to them lol. Thanks so much, Henry, Becky, Josh and I believe her name is Marie or Maria (i’m so sorry I can’t remember but honestly she’s really great too) I hope you guys feel very valued...

I wish there was zero Stars very Disappointed with this location I have never gotten this worst of a service From Pizza Hut. Tonight once again they screwed up a simple order via Door dash. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I decided to order food through them after they messed up the first time and I had to go to the store myself and complain to the manager about why can't they get an order right??? It's literally on the Receipt!!!! They gave me a credit and a free soda and treat... fast forward to tonight, they did the exact same thing AGAIN!!!! Like what's the problem!? It's a pizza, breadsticks and an order of Cinnabon treats?why is that hard to get correct. I just don't get it!!!! So I think this I'll be the last time I order from threre.
