Berry Divine Acai Bowls — Restaurant in Phoenix

My family and I recently stopped by Berry Divine, and while their entire menu looked amazing, it was the Sedona Bowl that transported me straight to another dimension.

This isn’t just an açaí bowl, it’s an edible masterpiece. The deep, rich açaí base was as smooth as the red rocks at sunrise, grounding every bite like a force of nature. But the toppings… the toppings were something else.

The vibrant red strawberries sprawled across the bowl like Sedona’s sandstone cliffs, creating a striking visual that almost felt alive, as if the bowl itself were a tiny, edible canyon. The blueberries and banana slices tumbled like river stones, smooth and perfectly placed, while the granola added a crunch that reminded me of the crisp, sunlit trails winding through the desert.

Every bite felt like standing at the edge of Cathedral Rock, taking in the stillness and beauty of nature. The flavors came together so perfectly, it was as if the bowl had been crafted by the vortex itself—balanced, energizing, and undeniably magical.

I absolutely love this place! The Acai and fruit are always so fresh! My husband and I absolutely love it! Our favorite location is the one off of Thomas and 16th street in Phoenix. The ladies who work their deliver quality and consistency every time. They know the exact amount of Acai to fill up the cup and they put the coconut oil at the bottom with some of the granola so it make a candy bar and just the right amount of fruit! The ladies at this location are amazing and the manager has our ordered memoried. However, the Greewnay location has some work for do. The staff is very friendly but they do not know how to make the bowls correctly. We get half the bowl of Acai. For the price that bad boy needs to be filled up. I have gone to this location twice and have been disappointed with the lack of Acai and fruit in the bowl. They do not know how and where to put the fruit or the coconut oil and the bowl is also half full. We will continue to make the drive to the 16th and Thomas location or even the Scottsdale road location so we can recieve the quality and consistency of this...

The açaí bowl was excellent! The customer service was even better- Jae made our bowls for us - offered us a sample and even explained the menu to us. My friend and I wondered if he maybe owned this location because of how friendly and truly helpful he was. Keep up the great work Jae! You are an excellent person and employee - definitely an asset to this restaurant! Thank you for making our day sweet!

We did see a lady in a Mercedes come in after us and treat Jae poorly because she was upset she had to pay 50 CENTS more for an extra topping - she stormed out after asking for the presidents number like a true Karen. I honestly felt bad for Jae, but he handled the situation well— I just wanted to leave him a note that his hard work and kindness is seen — that he didn’t deserve to be treated this way and that he was truly appreciated by my friend and myself.
