I've used them multiple times. That being said... The owner always justifies errors being made and to be honest , it is really unacceptable. She has over charged me several times, making excuses to why she over charged me when I asked her. Ive been willing to help in anyway. Keep in mind I had sent others to get items for me and only found out I was over charged when I found the receipt in the bag. When reaching out, her explanation(s) was untruthful. I only do the prints I've done to help others.. and to see them being taken advantage of, Hurts my heart! And once again, this morning I'm pressing 2 images from a previous visit to help a friend, and I guess I should have checked the last images .. One image has an obvious streak through the image. And one image that was sent , is missing half of the wording. How was this not caught? Is it worth asking about.. absolutely not. She will only tell me how it is my fault and my mistake as she always does.. it's sad. I don't recommend this place. I pray someone opens up another honest and reasonable place (DTF)...

Still owned by a child molestor. Anytime anyone buys anything in this store they will be supporting a child molestor in jail. I will not step foot in this store to support a child molestor and his partner who knew from the beginning what he was doing. Anytime you spoke to the cashier, she spoke of their support and belief in his innocence, to the point of her getting angry, it was unbelievable. When a buisness partner claims her partners innocence at the expense of multipe children's lives, it leaves a person speechless. Not once has she spoke out to separate him from their buisness (she knew from the day he stepped in, there was multiple victim's and still allowed him to become a partner and run the whole set up like Micheal Jacksons Neverland ) shows her support of his actions. It makes her just as sick as him.When you see it was and continues to be all for profit over childrens safety, you know this is not the type of place you want in your home town much less want to take a step into. God help those who do especially...

I've been using Big Time's Custom Creatives for years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff. I recently had a sign made for my business, and it turned out even better than I had imagined. The owner is a true artist and takes great pride in her work. She is also very responsive to feedback and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her customers are happy.
