Absolutely amazing service! Took my laptop to James after discovering my battery needed to be replaced. I inquired a service quote through Facebook and he was quick to respond and gave me two ways the service would go if the work would be more extensive. Upon arriving at the shop, he was very warm greeting me at the door and was a joy to talk to as he explained how the repair might go if it was a "worse case scenario". The repair ended up being quick and easy, and he even placed the new battery in my laptop, as well as turned it on to make sure it had power! After the repair he advised the several ways I can calibrate the battery through charging cycles. I 100% recommend seeing James if you have ANY tech issues or need repairs, 10/10 guy and I will definitely be a returning...
