Horrible. Do not come here. Shady business owners. All they want is your money. I paid the three month commitment during covid Oct 2020 (due to covid concerns and wild fires working out in the parking lot was not the best thing to do for me) . Was promised it would be no problem to put on hold and start back up when ready. They kept debiting my bank account after I put the hold. I had to call my bank and rejected any future debits. Alice. I just started it is a great place honestly.. I have been involved in alot of gyms and the one thing missing is the accountability.. no one is there pushing you, encouraging you. Here they want to see you improve. The trainers are all around good people. They have tons of challenges to try. I am on the 21 day detox and I like it. Like I said the accountability is the key in starting one of the gyms, this place actually says hi, and the best part when you check in, they know who you are.. I...

My first time in this place, horrible experience, the class coach on Monday at 8am, Roman García, his exercises are very good, but for the first time with 4 people to train, he only focused on the 2 girls that he could see They had been attending this place for some time, the problem is not them, if not the attention that I only dedicate to them, it is supposed to be a group class, the other two people were another lady who also made an effort but the trainer only dedicated his attention to the 2 lady’s, I felt ignored, and wanting to leave the discomfort that I was feeling, not to mention that I recorded with your phone I imagine for promotional purposes, but it was without permission, guys take your work seriously.

Mi primera vez en este lugar horrible experiencia el entrenador de la clase de el día lunes a las 8am Roman García , sus ejercicios muy bien , pero para ser primera vez con 4 personas para entrenar , solamente se enfocó en las 2 chicas que se veía que ya tenían tiempo asistiendo a este lugar , el problema nos son ellas , si no la atención que solamente le dedico a ellas , se supone que es una clase grupal , las otras dos personas era otra señora más que también se esforzaba pero el entrenador solo dedicaba su atención en dos personas , me sentí ignorado , y con ganas de irme de la incomodidad que me iso sentir , sin contar que grabo con su teléfono me imagino que con propósitos de promoción , pero fue sin permiso alguno , chicos tomen su trabajo enserio , ahora se porque esta...
