Burger Stop — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

Poor service do not feel welcomed at all. A homeless man came in had a little money with him asking what can he get with what he had that he knew he did not have much but that please I'm really hungry and they looked at him saw what he had and just ignored him and acted as if he was not there. I went over to the gentleman to better help with his need as he was leaving the place and when I stopped him to ask him if he needed help ordering. He said I guess I didn't have enough. I walked him in and told him to get what ever he liked poor guy had watery eyes humbly he said yes so when I had him walk with me back to the register I had there attention real quick and I had them ask him what it is he would like and even though I had asked him to get what ever he would like he only asked for a simple cheeseburger meal with a small frys very humble and I stepped in and said make that a large he was smiling the whole time when I was paying for his meal shook my hand and he even gave me a gentle hug and said thank you so very much thank you thank you thank you thank you and not to mention he was about 65 to 70 years old .What would it have cost them to show a little empathy...

I’ve been coming here for years and always had the best food and service but I went again today around 1:50-2:00pm and had absolutely horrible service!!! I ordered asada fries but specifically asked them to put chili beans and not fried beans because the last time they did that and they still did!! I also asked for it to just be plain with cheese, chili beans and asada and they continued to put big scoops of sour cream and guacamole and fried beans. I drove back to the store and went inside to speak to the lady I told her about the situation and she proceeded to tell me it was my fault for mentioning beans and that what do i expect her to do. I proceeded to tell her I made my order very specific on what I wanted and just wanted them to remake it for me. Her reply was there was nothing she can do because it was my fault and I would have to pay for a new order. As someone who also works in fast food I know that is completely wrong!! She was very snotty and had a bad attitude. This place really went down I customer service. I hate this place! They can’t even take a simple phone order! It’s not that hard I only ordered 4 combos are you kidding me you people are a joke. I literally had to hang up the phone because he was very rude talking to me. So I drove there and placed my order inside but the guy still had a very hard time comprehending my order . He had nothing but bad ATTITUDE!ATTITUDE! I still paid for my food but it was terrible. What a waste of my time and money! I’m specifically pointing out this worker that seems like new I never see him too much just recently a month ago but he has BAD ATTITUDE and does not wear his mask. I didn’t see his name tag but I thought he was wearing some kind of silver necklace , looked kinda young. That kind of person does not need to be in the food business interacting with customers.
