My Furniture Place — Local services in Pilot Mountain

I ordered a table and chairs from this place on 1/14/2023 and did receive a confirmation email immediately after however that was the only communication ever received. After 3-4 weeks I tried to contact them with no luck as their phone just rings with no answer and no voicemail. After several days of attempts the phone finally did get answered however I was told that my items had not yet shipped as they were getting bids from 3 shippers. After a couple more weeks with no update I again tried to contact them which was as difficult as the previous time. When I finally did get a hold of someone I was told that my furniture had been picked up by the shipper and I should receive an email from them the next day with delivery information. This email never arrived so I again spent a couple days trying to get a hold of them. I was then told that they would have to look into who picked up my furniture which would take a couple days. They never called or emailed me so I attempted to reach them again. By this point it had been 2.5 months since the order was placed. Luckily it was paid for through Amazon Pay so I was able to file with Amazon for a refund as it had not yet been 90 days. Amazon did their investigation and did end up refunding me which I am thankful for as I'm certain I would've never received the furniture or a refund from the store itself. Jerry Bingman has been in and around the furniture business just about all his life... I met Jerry about 23 years ago when he Married my first cousin Penny Moss... Since then I've bought a dinning room suite, 2 living room suites, several assorted pieces of furniture and just recently 2 bedrooms suites... My family buys just about all their furniture from Jerry... So I think it's safe to say my family and I know Jerry Bingman pretty good and it's also very safe to say that he's a very honest and decent man to do business with... His furniture is of high quality and very affordable... If you want the very best in furniture Jerry can get that and if you're on a tight budget he can get just about anything you want and stay within your price range... He'll treat you with the same kindness and respect if you're spending $500 as he will if you're spending $3,000... And what I love most about Jerry is you can depend on what he tells you about the furniture you're buying... He will answer you questions directly and honestly and if you have a problem he will do the right thing to make it right... So for all the above reason and many more not mentioned, I highly recommend Jerry Bingman and My Furniture Place in Pilot Mountain... We purchased a couch online on August 15th through my furniture place for $1,300.00 We never received a confirmation of the transaction or ETA of the couch via email. My wife became concerned after 3 days passed with no information on our purchase so she investigated further online and found multiple reviews citing my furniture place as a scam operation. Concerned she contacted Amazon pay who processed our payment and was placed on a three way call with an Amazon representative and My furniture place. On the call my wife was told she would have to contact Billy when he was in the office about her transaction, she has called every other day for 3 weeks and Billy has yet to be in the office. The takeaway here is this company is a SCAM operation, they have stolen $1,300 from us. No return calls, no refunds, and no delivery of products bought online.
