Q T Nails — Local services in Pilot Mountain

I'm new to the area. I've lived here only 2 months I looked on line to find a place to get my nails and eyebrows done. I decided to go here because the reviews looked ok. I went in only one guy was setting there he asked what I needed. I told him eyebrows and fill in. He yells to the back eyebrows! A lady opens the beads stands there and says come back here. I go back there. I say hello as I walk pass her, she points to the chair and said set there. She never spoke to be again. After she was done I said thank you. The guy who was setting there when I came in was still setting there. He said come set here. I did. He repeated only what I'd said I wanted done when I came in they was not friendly at all. He left Acrylic caked up under all each of my fingernails. While nails was drying a younger guy came in. The guy that did my nails chatted with him and when I was done the younger guy checked me out. The pin stopped writing while I was signing my name. I said the pin isn't writing. He just looked at me so I reached over across the counter and got me a pin. Meanwhile the receipt I was to sign fell in the floor. he'd already put my receipt on the counter. I then started to sign the receipt, then he told me it's on the floor. Worst place ever my daughter got her nails done they were very crooked they didn’t wanna fix there mess up well then two days after her nails started breaking off well I called and the man said he would fix but he would charge to fix the nails knowing I paid almost 200.00 for nails and pedicures now my foot has an infected spot on it from them not using clean equipment so not recommend this place horrible service man was very rough with hands and rude if I could give this a zero star I would they don’t even deserve the 1 star rating on top of that I was supposed to get Halloween nails and the lady was supposed to paint a spider web which definitely looks nothing like a spider web! They obviously only want money and don’t care about their customers and...

Not impressed. Only went once and had to wait a really long time and that was with an appointment. The receptionist acted like customers were an annoyance and he wanted to be anywhere else but there. They had lots of customers but only two workers. My pedicure was ok but my daughter was cut and her gel nails job was not done well. Also the color she picked out was too old and wasn't usable. We were told it would last longer than regular polish. They pealed off before the week was up. It was to be her birthday present but ended up being a big waste of time and money. I won't go back. The only positive was the adult male worker. He had a great personality and seemed to like his job and...
