Subway — Restaurant in Pilot Mountain

It's been a years since I've ate at Subway. I used to work there many years ago and was used to having the subs made the way I made them. So it was hard to watch other places make them and the attitudes were uncalled for. However at this location, the lady that started our subs was super friendly, the girl that made our subs today did a great job. The veggies & condiments stayed ON the sub. I didn't have to worry about everything falling out when opening the wrapper. The guy that ran the till was so friendly. The prices aren't that great, but overall it was a good experience. It's a Subway in a strip mall. They have eggs for breakfast sandwiches available; that's a plus. But, they don't have egg whites anymore, that's a small minus. Also a small minus is that there is no drive thru (a pretty big plus for the stores that have it, not a big knock for those that don't). Staff is friendly. Overall, just a touch above the 3-star rating I might give to your average Subway in...

Subway, your rebrand is not going well. The new app is horribly difficult to use. It is not accurate. Once I placed my order, it changed the specifics and just added every ingredient to my order. The new breads are not worth it. The new turkey is nauseating. Why did you choose to ruin your business this way?? I'll be getting firehouse or Jimmy johns until you fix...
