25 Summit Restaurant + Bar — Restaurant in Pilot Mountain

Hostess acted like she was having a miserable day at work. No personality at all. Smiles are free, people! Use them, you'll be surprised of the power they have. Atmosphere was nice. Spring rolls were great. Steaks had no flavor at all. I had a filet and my wife had a ribeye. Fries were good. Ranch was good.

Server was very friendly, but needs to improve on several areas. Ran out of tea, twice. Had to ask for ranch, twice. I had a butter knife to cut my steak with. I asked twice for a steak knife and never got one, so I asked for boxes to take them home instead.

Never observed a manager. It's nice to see managers asking people how everything was and if there's any concerns. We were in there for an hour, so...

Spent around 100 dollars in there and it definitely wasn't worth it. Sorry, but hopefully you guys will work out the kinks...

Maybe it’ll be better after the “soft opening” however, we were told there was no kid menu on the actual menu but they had grilled cheese, hamburger, and chicken tenders as an option. Ordered a hamburger for my kid with fries and was charged for an adult portion. They were out of Diet Pepsi and corn. Salad came with my meal instead of before. $22 sirloin didn’t have any flavor, had to use salt and pepper to eat it. The dinner plates weren’t big enough to cut my steak and my potato without making a mess. Mine and my husband’s steak were luke-warm when served. I have tried this place twice for lunch and have been left disappointed both times. I tried two different sandwiches both were so soggy they had to be eaten with a fork. On the first trip I had rock hard cold fries and on the second my burger was way under cooked. On top of that both times they have been missing things from their limited menu.
