We had an amazing experience at Cleo’s Furniture! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and helpful. Mike and Antonio made the whole process smooth. Mike was the initial salesman’s we came in an hour before closing and he was very patient stayed after closing although we were undecided on what we wanted. Mike took his time was very personable and friendly. We let Mike know we would be returning in two days to keep looking. When we returned Mike was working with other customers and Antonio came in for the assist. We felt comfortable throughout. Antonio's attention to detail, automatic recall on pricing made it easy to decide. We again came near closing Mike and Antonio stayed after hours and was not rushing us to leave. Needless to say we came in to shop just for my mother and because the service was so amazing we ended up shopping for my brother and they both made purchases.. I went there looking for a recliner for my brother who just had open heart surgery. For one, I was immediately greeted by someone upon entering the store. As I was looking around, Jay offered assistance in helping me find what I needed. He is a really good listener as I explained to him what I was looking for. Jay made suggestions on what he thought should work and I appreciate him for that. I found what I was comfortable with and bought it with no hassle. Afterwards him and his coworkers Antonio & Mike made sure to get it wrapped and put inside my truck, so that I can take it with me right then.
