I purchased a CPAP device which was too much but if u think it's going to help u sleepu try anything. The lady at store told me they didn't accept insurance but when I bought it she didn't tell me it wasn't refundable. For a woman that's up in age and only gets disability $100 is alot of money just to throw in trash. This device I bought is junk and always coming out of my CPAP during the night I am worse off now than before I got this one. $100 has to go to trash now and very sad of my answers of what I got from the lady who works at the store. They have lost a customer should be something that this store should do for my loss. The lady works at store laughed at me ieven . when I told it wasn't working for me...

This place orders the cheapest junk off of Amazon. Really?? I don't think my insurance thru the County would pay for it if they knew it was coming from Amazon. Both my County Worker & I have gone round & round with Pine City Medical over Blood pressure monitors. Then when we finally get them to fill the RX order for one, they order them from Amazon & they are the cheapest nock off ($17.99) & are defective. I can't even return them because I didn't place the order & Amazon only is 30 day returns anyway. Pine City won't send a call tag & I'm not paying to return the item, so there ya have it. If you want quality Medical supplies, please don't go thru Pine...

Husband had knee surgery. Big guy. Needed a lift chair. Had a terrible night called multiple places. No response. Quick call to Pine City and Forest Lake Medical same time on two phones. They worked together, took info, listened to my needs and the chair was in my livingroom within about 3 hours, start to finish. Great customer service, friendly and dang done....
