NAPA Auto Parts - Mohr Parts & Supplies — Local services in Pine City

Bought brakes for my truck there. Went to install and realized they were the wrong part. It happens, but it sucks. When I got to the store it turns out that the mid grade brake pads are the correct part, but the cheap ones ( the ones I got) did not comply. I asked if he could comp me the difference since I had to come back to the store but he said he couldn't. You'd think that that they would be able to cut me a $6 break after wasting my time due to the error in their parts system. the employee told me it was because Ford has so many trim packages, but the same information that got me the correct parts for the mid-grade pads did not give me the correct parts of the low end pads. I also realize that the package has been opened before, so someone before me had gone through the same run around. I'll be going to O'reileys...

By far, the best auto parts and equipment store for miles and miles around. Very bright team, with great parts and supplies. I just wish they were open longer so I can work on things later... But love...
