The stores in this location are mostly convenience or staples (groceries, fast food, pharmacy) with the exception of a tattoo studio. These old buildings have not been updated in many years. The parking lot needs attention as it is full of potholes from one end to the other. The parking lines & arrows need to be repainted soon. Vehicles fly across the parking lot & there are often pedestrians to watch for, even on the furthest ends of the parking lot from the building. I have seen a few fender benders in the parking lot of this shopping center - the latest one was nearest Sonic - so that is always a concern here. Getting into the parking lot is easy enough from LA Highway 28 East, but getting out of it & back onto the highway safely is another story. The traffic is very heavy at all hours of the day here. Lots to chose from. There's an ATT&T store. A grocery store, two different pharmacies or or more. Crafts stores. a Sonic Drive Inn. There's a tobacco store across Hwy 28.. on the south side.
