Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Pineville

My husband ordered me a bacon cheeseburger meal w/ a coke on tonight was told out of 🥓..I feel like that was a lie.. Five seconds after ordering my meal the order was ready..My husband stated "that was quick"...We make it home and burger had no cheese, cold, meat burnt, hard chunks of lettuce just to name a few of the problems with that burger..Call ask for manager(after two attempts they finally answered)..Ally or whatever her name was asked me who's asking after I asked who am I speaking to?? I told her my problem & she told me to come back and they'll do it over fresh (almost 25 minute drive).. They added cheese 🧀 to the same burger I brought back & fries cold just horrible. I wish I could show the picture but it won't let me..Y'all have kids clowning/playing around and serving ppl trash on the night shift..u know the one's responsible for their checks . At this point I'm calling corporate bc this the second @9:30 pm this happened..Y'all close at 10pm still no reason for this. Stop apologizing to customers about the problem and do something about it..just sad! Fire the whole night shift at this point!!! I paid for fresh hot food not cold and old food. Would u eat cold and old food??? This store needs to be shut down immediately before someone gets food poisoning 🤢🤮😱👎 I gave a one star bc it would not let me leave the ⭐ blank. This gets zero ⭐⭐⭐ Threw that mess in the trash & went to bed...

Sept. 1st Whether it's a little weight you want to lose or to just keep your weight down, Sonic is not the restaurant for you! On the dinner menu, with the exception of a grilled chicken sandwich, it's ALL FRIED! Yes the Website says they have a grilled chicken salad BUT THEY DON'T!!! Having said that, the fried fish and crab sandwiches are wonderful! On this visit, no mints again at this Sonic, as usual. NO NAPKINS!

July 6th Well, the food wasn't too bad but..... Number one, this Sonic does not give out the little mints unless you ask for them and they haven't for a couple of years. Why? I don't know! Sonic always did! The one in Alexandria still does. Number two, the music is soooo loud! They couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. The order taker had to come out to my car and take it! Number three, we asked for no cheese on our burgers and guess what! We still got cheese! The eardrum busting music!! It was a terrible experience tonight!!!!

Basically, good value for the money but this particular Sonic, anyway, fries the meat too hard. It's especially crisp around the edges. Way too crisp! Also, for some reason, they don't give the expected mints in the bag. Other...

2-13-23 @4:30PM Worst service I've ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. Arrived at 4:30pm and left at 5:15pm after finally getting my cold food and melted ice cream. It took forever and they weren't even busy. This place has gone downhill. It didn't used to be this bad. I ordered 2 orders of cheese sticks with extra marinara and a chili frito taco and 3 milkshakes. It took 40 minutes to get my order. Of course they forgot to bring the extra marinara and when I asked for it, they brought me 2 busted and dirty sauces almost as if they were discriminating against me. It was disgusting I was so frustrated I didn't even want it anymore. There is a number on the receipt to compliment or complain and of course no one answers and you can't leave a voice-mail because it is apparently full. I can see why it's full with service like I received. I will never again go to this sonic and I will highly recommend to everyone I know to not go here either. Do better Sonic...
