Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pineville

I ordered takeout online, when I went to pick up my takeout the girl who was at the counter with scratching her hair and playing with her hair at the counter. I asked another employee if he could get my order which she refused and she ended up getting my order anyway, I was charged $3.99 for crazy sauce which was supposed to have come with the order I got. However when I got home I didn’t have that and my pizza did have a nice amount of curly hair in it. I don’t understand how management could allow their employees to scratch and play with their hair while they’re serving food is very unethical and unprofessional. However the manager that was on duty did refund me the value of the crazy sauce although before I went to the store I called her five times and the lady who was playing with her hair and scratching her head at the counter put me on hold I stayed on hold for 15 minutes and was still on hold when I arrived at the store. This is clearly bad management and bad Policies along with procedures. Good luck to them I’m never going to that location again. No one wants to eat pizza with nobody scratched dandruff hair all over their food . Just very bad...

It was an interesting visit. I ordered online, which I have before in the past, because I didn't want just a hot n ready. So a few minutes pass and I head to Little Caesars! The pizza was not in the pizza portal yet and had to wait in line until I approached the cashier. He said it's not ready yet. Then the manager (I'm assuming is) said hey, sometimes we don't get the tickets for online orders until 15 minutes after, if you use it again please call us first to make sure we got it. Now grant it, it wasn't even attempted to be made yet when I got there but from my online order till I had it in my hand was 28 minutes and that is absolutely reasonable. So I ordered 1 pizza with half of the pizza mushrooms and sausage and full pizza pepperoni and jalapenos...it actually was made full everything...which I'm ok with. Just don't like everything all the time why I ordered some only on half. It ended up being a good pizza, think it should have been cooked a tad longer though but it was good. I placed a mobile order for a deep dish pizza, wings, Cheese & Herb Crazy Puffs, a plain pizza, and stuffed Crazy Bread. Upon receiving the order, I discovered that everything was incorrect. I informed the staff about the errors and requested that they rectify the situation. Specifically, I emphasized the importance of ensuring that the Crazy Puffs did not contain pepperoni, as I do not consume pork. The staff member reassured me that they had checked and confirmed that the Crazy Puffs were indeed pepperoni-free.

However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the Crazy Puffs did in fact contain pepperoni. Additionally, the deep dish pizza was not fully cooked, and the wings were cold. The overall quality of the food was extremely poor.

To further compound the issue, despite placing a mobile order and arriving at the store on time for pickup, I was made to wait an additional hour for my order. The presence of pepperoni in my order is particularly concerning, as I have a strict dietary restriction against pork...
