Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pineville

I placed the order online at 7 PM. It said 59 minutes. I waited 17 minutes to pick up my order in the Pizza Hut and I know they were busy that’s why I always tip. The disappointment was when I got home. I ordered a original pan crust which came with an extra dollar they made me a thin crust pizza with barely any cheese And the boneless buffalo wings was so hard. It’s a shame. I tried to call to see if they would make it right and all I got was a call center and they didn’t wanna have nothing to do with what I was saying. And I love those employees they work hard over there, but they owe me food and the call center couldn’t help me with it and they wouldn’t let me get connected to the store, so I’m sharing my story. Usually I have no problems but this time I ordered online for curbside pickup. It said ready in 20-30 mins. I checked in when I arrived 25 mins later. After sitting there for 7 mins I went back to my order, clicked on I’m here again & was prompted to call. When I called no one answered the phone. I literally was on hold for 5 mins before I just hung up & went inside. There was no one up front, 2 people were waiting, & when I was waited on I was told my pizza was in the oven. At this point it almost been an hour since I’d placed my order. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve left after waiting the 7 mins when I first arrived. I ordered a pizza and it was suppose to have extra cheese and light on the sauce. It was a pepperoni pizza with hamburger. I called and talked to the manage and she said she would put in the computer for me to get a free on. It was thin and crispy. It was hard and no extra cheese. It looked like it had been cooked yesterday. I called and ordered my free pizza and I told her what I ordered. She said she would have to charge me for the extra cheese. What? So got there to pickup the half pepperoni and half hamburger. It was all hamburger. She said that was the way I ordered it. Uh no it wasn't.
