I haven't been to this Burger King since 2016 and ONLY stopped because my son was hungry on the way to his haircut appointment. The drive thru line ALWAYS has at least a 10 to 12 minute wait so I already knew that was coming, and they didn't disappoint, we sat in the drive thru line for 11 minutes exactly. I ordered two spicy chicken jr sandwiches and 8 pcs mozzarella sticks. They had no marinara sauce available, and both of my spicy chicken jr sandwiches were hard as a brick...I literally almost cracked my teeth! They also added mayo and tomato to the sandwich (mayo and tomato are not a part of this sandwich). Also, no receipt was given! I turned around and went inside so they could remake my food and the workers acted like they didn't know what was wrong with the sandwiches. I had to tell them that the meat was old and that mayo and tomato didn't even go on the sandwich. How am I telling the workers what goes on their sandwich! It took another 10 minutes before I received the remade food. I also had to ask for my receipt 4 times before it was finally given to me and get this.... the manager/supervisor Jessica was sitting there the entire time. No worker had on a mask or gloves and the food prep area was disgusting. I now remember why I haven't been to this Burger King in over 3 years.....how are they still open????? While waiting on my food to be remade a man from the diner area walked up to the counter and asked when his chicken sandwich would be ready because he had been sitting there for 45 MINUTES...McDonald's...
Read moreWe visited this Burger King on a Friday evening as we were traveling.The coke/ice machine was broken in the front. You had to ask the employees to fix your drinks. The cashier handed you the cup to fix even tho it was broken. We were the first of several to order. After they filled my cup with ice from behind the counter, I filled my cup with tea from the drink area in the front and knats flew up all around me. I dumped it. When I looked closer there were a lot of knats and flies. We were still standing at the counter waiting on my kids drinks and could smell something sour around the front. We were told they were out sugar water behind the counter, so we were still waiting for cokes. I suggested she just give us bottled water, but the cashier said no bc that would involve a refund. She stood around swinging her arms like she didn't have anything to do. Meanwhile, not one person had gotten food all the food that had been fixed had gone out the drive thru. There was one guy going from the back to the front who seemed very busy with his hands full. Unfortunately the service and cleanliness was so bad that we actually left without our food. Read moreTHEEEEE, WORST SERVICE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!!!!! I knew I was making a mistake but I did it anyway! I pulled into the drivethrew to get an ice cream cone. What a joke! I was the third car and both vehicles ahead of me, waited for someone to take their order and after waiting for a good while, no one did! They just pulled away! So I pulled up, waited and no one took my order either! So I went to Sonic. Burger King has turned into a real mess! I would sincerely suggest that anyone having a complaint about this restaurant, please email or call Burger King corporate!!!!
I just visited there today for lunch, the drive through. It's been my experience of late, that Burger King has deteriorated substantially, over the years. I keep going there, thinking that changes may have been made. Much to my chagrin, it never does! The food is always lukewarm, buns hard, stale?
