Very rude employees. I walked in with my two boys and there were no other customers. The girl asked how many sandwiches we needed and I told her 3 for now but I could possibly need another. I was waiting on a text from my boyfriend to see if he wanted one. Once again, no line of customers waiting. She asked me very rudely two other times before she even finished putting the meat on the other sandwiches. I understand wanting to know but I couldn’t give her a solid answer yet. I said “he’s at work, I’m waiting on a response. I don’t know yet”. She finished preparing one sandwich and then started on the next. The few tomatoes, maybe 5 slices, that were left in the one container were soaked and soggy, looked disgusting. I asked if she could please get some out of the other container but she put those on my sandwich anyway. She said she has to finish that tub before she can open the next one. I told her I didn’t want them so she took them off and threw them away. I asked again, she responded the same. Yes, I had an attitude at this point because the whole experience from when we walked in the door set a bad tone. I asked if it’s really that serious and complicated. I told her I’ve been going to subway for years and they have never done something like that. Very rarely have I ever had to ask someone to do that. Usually the employees can tell when the last few veggies need to be tossed. She said times have changed. I agree wholeheartedly. Quality of service has gone downhill in a very drastic way especially in Louisiana. Customer service is part of what you’re getting paid for. So anyway, I told my boys to come on and we left. She let 3 sandwiches go to waste because she couldn’t give me good tomatoes. It couldn’t have been about waste and “limits” because she dumped two huge handfuls of olives on the first sandwich which was uncalled for but I didn’t complain. They could be picked off if it was too many. If I’m paying $12 for a subway sandwich, I want it to at least be good. I’m not going in there begging because I’m starving to death without other options. I like the sandwiches if they’re made correctly with the quality of food that Subway advertises and...
Read moreBrutal honesty time. So when you go to a franchise, you expect consistency in both the quality of food and the efficiency of staff. Usually, franchises are taught their gold standard by corporate professionals, but maybe this one was overlooked. I love the renovations, the place looks very modern. The 2 girls behind the counter were in no hurry during the lunch rush, even as the line piled to over 5 people behind me. That was after I waited behind 2 people for 10 minutes. Then, my total was $17 when only a week before I got the exact same combo meal, with a larger drink, for just under $11, maybe the fresh mozerella I added cost over $5. But these were not the kind of women you want to argue over money with. Lucky for you, there are a LOT of other choices in this area. So if you aren't in a hurry and you don't mind people sloppily throwing together a sandwich who clearly has no interest in being there or providing 5 star service; stop...
Read moreMy wife and myself went to subway today 3/1/2017 at 114 kings country. We were not spoken to until i asked the lady about ordering. She had about 8 open footlong buns on the counter and told us that she was making a tray and could not take our order at the moment. We waited approx. 5 minutes and during this time she had still not made the first sandwhich. I asked her about ordering and she again said she would have to make the tray first. I told her that was the craziest thing i ever had heard of and she just replied that she was sorry. Well i am sorry i ever walked in the door. But i will be telling the other 600 people that i work with right up the street about my experience. I just went to Popeye's and gave them my $13.52 for our...
