Today, my husband and I went to this Taco Bell and when we arrived, there was plenty of workers and very few customers. So we were waited rather quickly. As we are standing at the register looking up at the Menu's I moved my leg and to my surprise, my knee came into contact with a black metal frame that they had hung under the counter top. I immediately bent over in agonizing pain, it took all I had in me not to scream at the top of my lungs in pain. My husband ask was I ok ,but he already knew that I wasn't by the look on my face. He told me to have a seat while he ordered our food. He asked me what I wanted he order a #6 and I am #7. Both with soft tacos meat and cheese only. Now as I am sitting there holding back the tears, he fixes our drinks and wait for the food. HE ASKED AGAIN, are you ok. I tell him, I think I really screwed it up. That it hurts really bad. They have all looked around and seen that I was sitting there hurting but what really gets to me not one and I do mean not even one of them showed any kind of concern for me and the fact that I had just hurt my self... they call out our number and my husband carried all of it and held the door open for me as I limped to The truck, still not even a peep from the employees to try to say mam, I hope you feel better. Grrrrrrrrrrr I am Hurt and now I am really upset. I was still hungry so I proceeded to give my husband his food and got mine only they had screwed our orders up. I thinking come on now, is it to much to ask for your meal to be what you ordered. Oh and to Top it all off I decided that maybe I should call and talk to a manager, So I did her name was Iris. I explained to her what happened and simply suggested that maybe they should remove the sign, because if I had been hurt so much I couldn't imagine what would happen to a child if one of them was to fall into or on this sign. She said she would pass the info on.... But wait she is a manager and she still out of everyone didn't even ask to see if I was ok.... Come on now!!!! I am very unhappy with the service and the lack of human compassion from every one at tTaco Bell. ... I know one place I will never go to again!!........😨😠 oh and I really don't think they deserve a one star...
Read more7-28-17 Walked in because drive thru was around the building. As soon as I stepped in everyone was waiting on food. Someone was returning food because it was made incorrectly, and I over heard the cashier tell someone "Are you sure you want to eat here? It's going to be a long wait". So all in all this is most defiantly the worst taco Hell anywhere.
4-21-17 Well, I'm here again and to no surprise the line is extremely long. Don't know why I put up with this and don't go somewhere else. This has to be super embarrassing to the owners because they run a slow, inefficient, and poor customer service food trough. Everyone contact corporate tacobell and have the owner shutdown.
8-7-16 Slow!! Line is extremely long and people are avoiding the line and eating elsewhere. Sad to see them losing money over poor performance. Slow, slow and slow is how describe this establishment :(
7-30-16 Extremely slow wrapped around the building. Just like always. Tried changing my times to come here with no avail. 5pm slow, 6pm slow, 7pm slow,8, 9 and every time between. Who ever owns this establishment please take care of your customers!!!!

Read moreWhere to begin. 1st, the line was long for counter because vehicle broke down in drive through, fair enough, poop happens. 2nd, ordered 3 taco supreme No sour cream, 2 stackers, and large drink to go. Total $10.43 but credit card machine said $8.28 and did not show large drink. When I asked Lesha about this discrepancy, she said it does not work right. Yet I can pay with my credit card if I want. Don't think so. Cash. Side note never received Receipt from her or in my togo order.
3rd got food, drink and left. I drive commercial truck and went to plant for my unload in morning about 2 miles away, and logged my truck out of service on New government mandated tracking system as of December 18 2017. Get my food to enjoy my meal, and not only did tacos have sour cream but look like they put Xtra on. I can not leave to return it, plus I never was given Receipt (I know I should have asked for one) because by law I can't move my vehicle for 10 hours.
4th, so I figured I would call and let manager know what happened to maybe give them chance to tell prepers to watch orders carefully. But to my surprise both numbers I got for this location appear to be connected to the same router or fax machine going by the audible tones. Anyone over 30 years old knows for what I am speaking of.
So guess I'm long winded in saying half my order was correct so only two stars. Oh but I did send correspondence to TB Corp. We'll see how...
