Yumy Gurt — Local services in Pinole

This review is for the times I tried their frozen yogurt and their milk teas with boba. When I was driving around and I saw this place I thought about how it competes with franchise frozen yogurt place across the street. Quickly finding out it was ice cream, frozen yogurt, and milk tea I was a little confused.

The plain tart yogurt I tried (which came out to $3.75 for a medium) did not meet my plain-tart expectations. It was on the icy side; I was sitting in my car looking at the competitor across the street on how bummed this clump of frozen sadness.

As for the milk teas, the boba was the right consistency; I couldn't say the same about the milk teas. The taro was made out of powder and the jasmine milk tea was weak in profound flavor.

Even though Yumygurt lacks a little in flavor in both the milk teas and frozen yogurt their service is friendly and they go out of their way for small requests (I asked them to hold the ice on my milk teas). I absolutely love the frozen yogurt here. The banana cream is great! Also love French custard and mountain blackberry!!!! I can't wait to see what they have next. The guy the counter was cheerful, helpful, and completely full of awesome! He mentioned they have a caramel custard that should be out soon. I'll have to try that. I like that they also offer dryers ice cream if you're feeling like you're in the mood for something a little harder... lol... They have drinks and some other things. I like that they have a quart size that they pack really well and you can take home and eat on it for days. This store far surpasses any of the others I've tried in the Bay area and in Sacramento valley....

This place was recommended to me by my sister, who loves Boba. Wow! Just WOW! It is my first time getting Boba here, and I like it compared to others. Their Boba is cook to perfection 👌.

I got strawberry macha with Boba, and it's absolutely the best strawberry macha out these. SO YUMMY. You can taste the freshness. Thank you.
