Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Pinole

I prepaid the food online. I set the quantity of sauce I wanted. However, when I get to the store. I checked my bag I only received one sauce on an order of a build your own munchies and 3 orders of loaded tiny tacos. I asked this hispanic female associate. To what happen to the 10 sauces I ordered online. The lady simply told me with a mad face that they don't give 10 sauces. So i say ok, well the online does not limit me of the quantity. She dismissed me by turning around. So I told her I was going to report this incident at the corporate office. So as soon I walked away from the counter to the table, to check my order, just to make sure they didn't messed up my oder. I heard and witness this lady bad mouthing me along with her co-workers. Saying "do you believe this puto pendejo! This stupid guy! Going to report me to corporate!!! So I came back to the counter and confronted her, I told her to why bad mouthing me with your co-workers. She already knew the next thing I was going to do. Is to get her name. However, she simply covered her name tag by putting her arm around her chest. I try to call corporate but very hard to contact. So corporate people. If you are seeing this comment. Please train your associates properly. I walk in and no one is at the register, 3 people in the back and one at the drive thru window and nobody even said Hello or came to take my order, they all saw me standing there but didn't say a word to me

I start watching the workers and I see this young male employee walks from the back, onto the line with gloves on and his phone in his hand. He put his phone back in his pocket, starts readjusting his hat, and then walked over and starts grabbing food with the same gloves without changing his gloves or washing his hands.

I spoke up and called him out for it, but the young punk just started squinting his eyes and shaking his head to say he didn't do it. As if I'm an idiot, as if I'm lying like I didn't just stand there and see it with my own eyes only seconds earlier.

What's even funnier is I'm a REAL line cook and have worked in the restaurant industry at REAL restaurants for 16 years now. It doesn't matter if this is cheap or that it's fast food, that is a serious HEALTH CODE VIOLATION. That is how you infect people and make them sick! I've always had a positive experience at this particular Jack in the Box, it's my number one fast food spot in the Bay Area. I usually stop by for a bite or grab late night munchies in the late hours since they are open really late via drive-thru. My go to order is the $12 Munchie Meal simply because it comes with the Jack's Spicy Chicken Sandwich. In my honest opinion, I think their Spicy Chicken Sandwich tops all other ones in the bay, at least in terms of Fast Food places. Another reason I go out of my way to come to this specific location is the fact that they always have the Good Good Sauce in stock, sometimes other locations run out. Never had bad luck at this location. I cannot wait until they bring back the Spicy Good Good Sauce! Now I would give it a 5 star review but I have occasionally had times where I was missing an item or two. Overall a solid 4/5 places for a fast food chain and they will definitely keep getting my business. Pretty quick and tasty...
