Alamode Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Pinole

SKIP THIS DONUT SHOP & GO ELSEWHERE! Came here with my husband, bought half dozen donut holes, 5 donuts & 2 "Arizona" drinks. $17 total. I was flabbergasted! Their donuts are utterly...AVERAGE, truly NOTHING special. Their prices are too high for the completrly ordinary quality of their products. Half a dozen donut holes $1.50, dozen donut holes $3.00, Half a dozen donuts $10, A dozen donuts is $17! SEVENTEEN DOLLARS! "Alamode Donuts" are out here charging "Krispy Kreme" prices while selling "7-11" quality donuts.

Besides their ludicrous prices & totally whatever donuts... after purchasing our items I went back inside the establishment & requested to use their restroom. Being that my husband & I had just paid for our merchandise(donuts + drinks), & the fact that I am pregnant I didn't even consider that the owners would REFUSE my request to use their bathroom! WELL, SHOCKINGLY THEY DENIED MY REQUEST TO USE THEIR RESTROOM. Absolutely horrendous! Now I have to find another place to use the restroom on our two hour drive back home to Folsom. Also, there was a big puddle of spilled coffee on the floor inside. Gross & unprofessional.

0/10. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING DONUTS OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP! BEWARE! SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO TO "KRISPY KREME"! IF GOOGLE REVIEWS WOULD ALLOW IT, I WOULD BE GIVING 0 OUT OF 5 STARS INSTEAD OF THE MANDATORY 1...

This is my local doughnut shop. Been visiting over the years. Once or twice a month, I'm not a everyday customer. First I noticed cleanliness went south a few years ago. Than I ordered a breakfast croissant several months ago. It was bad. Tasted sour and moldy. Went a few more times for doughnuts and they were ok but always flies in there. Not a good sign.

Went again today for doughnuts and decided to surprise my wife with a blueberry muffin. Let's just say she spit it out. Yes it was that bad.

I'm disappointed because I've gone there off and on for years. And it's my hometown doughnut shop!

I hope they can change ownership or clean...

This place is so, so good! You won't regret getting some hot coffee and a couple of donuts. The owners of the restaurant look like they work hard, And the donuts are amazing and feel authentic. better than dunkin' donuts or Krispy kreme for sure. It's also good to support a small business once in a while!!

This place needs to be recognized more by the people here in Pinole. The place is underrated, and they have such unique flavours of donuts. this store needs more love from our community. and my kids love glazed donuts. You'll leave the store wanting for more. if you're reading this, Go get yourself some donuts...
