Why the low stars this place was great! Should be called five gals as all them workers we’re ladies and just sounded like they love what they do giggling and messing around but getting the job done, that’s exactly how it should be.

We ordered the little cheeseburgers and small fries and a drink. Wouldn’t say it was that little, good size. Had everything on the cheeseburger except mushrooms. It was delicious lots of bold flavor, jalapeño and cheese hit the spot everything works well. They gave us a whole bag of fries, way more than the small size, I’m so upset about that.. those fries are good nice and crispy. They should have homemade ranch tho, that would just hit the spot. Lots of seating and good drink options. Food came out in about 10 minutes. Probably last time I was at five guys was more than five years ago, and this experience was much better. Ordered online last night. 2 burgers and fries for pickup at 7:45. Got there at 7:45 and was told the food would be ready in a minute. While waiting 15 MINUTES, the room filled up with other folks waiting. I watched some guy come in, order, and walk out with his food. Where is my food?? Food was finally ready and I asked for ketchup. The girl calling out orders said she needed ketchup, and another girl disappeared in the back. She emerged what seemed like 5 minutes later and I watched her move at a glacial pace across the kitchen with the box of ketchup packets. Finally got out of there. The fries were more soggy then fresh - completely inedible. And I've never had a burger so completely flavorless. This was the one only time I'll eat at...

I went there last night and had a really bad experience. The service saw super slow-it took 20 minutes for my burger and fries. When I asked the guy on the grill would my burger be up soon, he looked at me and said," I'm the only one here on the grill." Wow..it wasn't even crowded and he looked very inexperienced as I watched him handle the orders. To add insult to injury, I had a piece of hair in my cold french fries. I didn't even bother to take them back as I was disgusted!!! It made me wonder if it was done on purpose or because the grill person took it to heart that I asked him about my order. I will never return. Really sad. Next time I will just go to In and Out burgers where it's clean,...
