Piqua Ace Hardware — Local services in Piqua

Bought 2 blade adapter kits for my mower recently, they both broke! I was able to get a return, which was good. Brenden (sp) was at check out. He was nice and helpful on both trips I had to made, takes 1/2 hr. to drive there. The one thing I want to caution people about, my local (Sidney) store they had none in stock, so I went ALL the way to Piqua, come to find out, was told by Sidney's "manager/owner", you can't go by what it says online (why have a site then?). Stopped in today to special order an item, and as soon as I walked in a friendly guy named Dan welcomed me and asked to assist me. I mentioned I spoke with Jennifer about an item and he escorted me right to the spot to process my special order. And then assisted the girl at the front counter when she had a system issue getting it to process. She was super nice and they both worked well together and got me taken care of...

I love this place. There is a gentleman there that has helped me both times that I have been in there...I believe his name is Bill. Great guy...always helpful. Unlike Home Depot or Lowe's you don't have to hunt someone down forever to get help...and nine times out of ten you get someone that doesn't have a clue about what your asking.
