I visited this location at 6:10 pm on 4/28/25 for the first time, prompted by the window advertisement. As a 57-year-old, I had several questions about the advertised offer, which I couldn't access after downloading the app. I attempted to explain the issue to the manager on duty, Shawn. However, Shawn seemed unable to provide a satisfactory response and stated, 'I've explained this to you three times, and I feel like you're asking childish questions.' I found this remark unprofessional and demeaning. Mr. Shawn, as a manager, it's essential to maintain a respectful tone, especially when interacting with customers. Your behavior was embarrassing, and I will not be returning to this establishment or recommending it to my family. Perhaps it would be beneficial for you to reassess your approach to customer service and consider alternative career paths if you're unable to provide a more professional experience. This place has the worst customer service of any Hot Head I have ever had. My husband got this for us today. He got a few tacos and me a bowl. All I wanted was chicken with extra of the new Mexican rice, cheese and sauces. They barely gave me any chicken or rice so my husband asked for more and it ended up being over $15 for just mine almost. My chicken is hard and dry and the rice is cold and doesn't even taste like Mexican rice so I don't think it was seasoned very well at all. He wanted pork and when he saw the pork was dry and looked old, he asked for the new pork and they wouldn't give him any and they said, "If you don't like it, don't eat it." They were all very unfriendly and when my husband told them they were being rude, one of them replied, " We're not rude. We're just working." The food is awful and such terrible customer service so we're never going...

So sad I was in the store last week and a worker had came in for her shift she has blue hair and started yelling and screaming at a blonde head girl looked super nice I believe was the store manger she did not once yell back or do anything wrong to her but she took the girl yelling at her and walked out to her car as I was leaving I was looking around she was still sitting in her car looked really upset maybe crying but I just want to tell her that she was amazing and doing the best she can, but I didn’t. anyway I have not seen her back working but I still she the girl with blue hair. So sad that she was able to yell at her like that in front of customers and crew saying she needs to do better at her job and stop letting people call off. but yet still got to keep her job…….. also saw this post maybe instead of being on your phones you should clean...
