Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Piqua

9/7/2023 Update and add:the woman that delivered the pizza had called me upset saying I wasn’t at the back door While I was sitting at the back for the entire time in the back patio!!! I have kids. I can’t just Stand outside and wait on the side of the road for a pizza to be delivered!!! She called with accusation in her voice like I was at fault and she swore she had came to the back door which I was sitting on the back patio. Nobody came to the back patio then she stated “ HE IS ALWAYS STANDING OUT HERE “. I’m like oh my husband? He is at work and it’s just me here today and he told me to order out for dinner I , i had to walk out my door and to the alley to meet the pizza driver. And leave my children unattended for a moment. Then I came in and realized my birthday gift of cinna sticks didn’t come and they didn’t put pepperoni on either pizza. And they smothered it in matancera sauce ( when i requested light sauce) i called and i felt I was mocked and. Horrible customer service the girl pretended to NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I WAS SAYING TO HER!! After everything I continue going back because it’s my 8 year olds favorite place and his favorite food. I have respect and manners I’m not rude or over baring. I want what I paid for. Keep the birthday gift if it’s that serious! I don’t want them any way. It was for my kids. Pizza Hut I just moved here in May 2023 and you have messed up on every single order since we moved in !!! I wish my children didn’t love Pizza Hut yes we will order AGIAN BUT NOT FOR A LONG LONG LONG TIME we went from once a week to once a month to now once every 6 months. Soon to stopping all together ( I hope it gets better )8/9/2023 Poor quality and Services. First time they were out of everything. So I order next day and I. Ordered A stuffed crust extra pepperoni pizza and a Cesar chicken salad. OUR PIZZA WAS SMASHED AND MISSING ITS PEPPERONI. OUR CHICKEN SALAD HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN and the CROUTONS WERE OUT DATED AND SOUR. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE IT AND WOULD BE HERE IN 20 minutes, so at 7 pm told me 20 minutes guess what time it is 8 pm. AND STILL NO FOOD. I CALLED THE CALL CENTER AND THE LADY SAID YOUR FOOD IS DONE JUST know kjkkNOT READY FOR DELIVERY!!! Called the location the cook answered and apologized about the pizza ! told me to call back tomorrow to speak to manager or GM if I need to resolve this any further …….WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION AND ITS WORKERS?? I even TIPPED the $5. . DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR FAMILY NIGHT IF YOU ORDER HERE!! Posted two pictures...

Stopped here today (07/14/21), drove from Sidney to check on one other thing, then decided I hadn't been in a restaurant in forever due to covid. So was excited about going inside to eat, but a little nervous too. I thought it was odd no cars in parking lot, but also not surprising, they don't have the highest star rating, thought maybe just went at the right time (2:00). A sign on the door said counter orders only, no dine in. Well...there was a guy sitting in a booth, I saw one lady working in the kitchen. I thought there was a "bell" or ? when I walked in that let them know a customer came in, not sure, wasn't paying attention to that. I kind of had the feeling the guy was 1. an employee or 2. maybe a bf/friend to an employee (I know he saw/heard me come in), don't think I saw any food at his table. He said nothing, the girl obviously wasn't coming to the counter, so awkward, I left! I won't be back! Had not been to this one in a long time, so thought maybe it'd be better. I wouldn't know, I didn't get waited on. I thought all places were open again, so found that odd about no dine in. I would've respected the no dine & got the food for carry out. Bummer, I was hungry, it sounded good. Hadn't had breadsticks in forever!...

Had a very bad visit on June 12, 2016. Waitress couldn't be bothered with seating us. She just yelled from across the dining room to just sit at any table. Then it took her 10 minutes to take our drink order but never furnished us with menus. After walking up to get our own menu, it was another 15 minutes before she took our order. The entire time she never seemed to crack a smile. It was as if serving us was a huge ordeal. Ordered 2 pizzas, 1 was made incorrectly. I had to walk up front to inform them that our order was wrong. They brought the new pizza which, was wrong yet again. Barely any cheese on it and no pepperoni. It was not very busy at all. I was hoping to locate a manager or even an assisted manager, but none could be found. We were never asked if our food was ok or if we needed refills. When we asked for a box our waitress finally smiled, smugly, and happily handed us a box. Good thing I had a 50% coupon, but what a shame that I left hungrier than when I...
