Dragon City — Restaurant in Piqua

Let me start off with i used to eat here on a regular, until last night. i placed a order of 6 egg rolls, a large hot and sour soup, large order of chicken fried rice, crab rangoons, well first thing we noticed was my egg rolls were so burnt. we were mad, we called right away when i seen that. we tell them what happen and she said we will give you $3 dollar credit. it was 3.50 just for two of them. she was on the phone with my husband and was very snooty so he hung up. so i figured i would try something else. the soup was still hot so i put it in another bowl to cool off, i picked up the fried rice, i looked OK, but felt it and it was barely warm. another thing on the list. only thing left was soup. took 3 bites, (to insure it wasn't my taste buds) but they all tasted watered down. by this time the store is closed. i go up this morning taking ALL the food except the soup i had poured into another bowl and requested my money back. she refused and kept calling me a liar and arguing in front of other customers and dragging them into this problem. i kept telling her all i want is my money back. she kept saying no no no no and continuing to call me i a liar, i asked for someone above her she said she was the owner... really and you are calling customers liars and being confrontational in front of other customers? she gave me $7 dollars back and as i was walking out the door she yelled "if you want to be cheap you should order from somewhere else. NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN TREATED SOOO POORLY! i work in the food industry and i know how frustrating some customers are. but i didn't come in being rude to her and she instantly called me a liar! never will i eat from this location again. and i would advise everyone to check their food before you leave or the driver leaves or you will be out $30 that you work your ass off for! because to them...

The food got here fast but that was the only good part of the experience. We are at a house and doing work on it so we have no utensils. They didn’t send anything to eat with at all. I called them back and said we didn’t t get utensils and have nothing to eat with. The woman on the phone asked why we are at a house with nothing to eat with. They sent the delivery man back with our utensils and by then the food was cold. He handed me the bag and I said thank you and he just walked away. I opened my food and I had ordered General Tso’s chicken and what they sent was....well I’m not sure, but it wasn’t General Tzo’s. I had asked the woman when I ordered if they could do General Tso’s with white meat and she said yes. What they sent me wasn’t breaded at all and looked nothing like General Tso’s (it didn’t taste like it, either). I call back again, tell them I ordered General Tzo’s but that wasn’t what I got. The woman proceeds to tell me that I asked for naked chicken, but I sure didn’t. She was arguing with me so I just hung up. Needless to say I will never order from there again. The food itself is ok, not fabulous, not terrible. What really tanks this review is the horrible customer service. The staff are incredibly short with you, rude, and they will fight you on honoring the coupons on their own menu. It does not state on their menu or on any signage in store that the minimum to use a card is $10, yet if your order is less than $10, they will pressure you into buying more than you intended so they don't have to pay the merchant fee for the card transaction. They will repeat your order back correctly, but will send you home with the wrong food, so check your order before you take it with you. As for the food, I generally get the lo mein, chow mei fun, or sweet and sour chicken, which are about on-par with any other dingy strip-mall Chinese food joint Their eggrolls are sub-par, and their shrimp toast is horrible (I cannot even describe the level of greasy, soggy grossness.) If this were not the only chinese takeout on this side of town, I would never go back.
